Because I was making the order over a holiday weekend, I placed the order online. I got a phone call back from them on Sunday, even though they were closed, to confirm the details of my order and delivery to a funeral home. I very much appreciate the personalized service! Everyone was kind and friendly. On the day that the flowers were delivered, I received an email confirming that they had been delivered. The flowers were delivered on time and in beautiful shape. Most importantly, family members sent me pictures of the flowers, and they looked beautiful, even better than the picture advertised on their website. I will definitely use this shop again. Highly recommended.

Their team stepped in immediately and exceeded all expectations. Not only did they deliver the arrangement to the chapel in record time, but it was absolutely beautiful. They made a stressful situation feel seamless and easy. This is exactly why you should always choose a local florist rather than a generic online option. You simply can't get the same level of dedication and personal service. Online may be easier, but this is far better. I highly recommend this florist for their exceptional service, responsiveness, and care.

I chose DB Andrea because their work on Instagram looked absolutely stunning, and I was excited to…read morepreserve my wedding flowers. The team was professional throughout the process, and I appreciate the effort that goes into creating these keepsakes. DB Andrea has built a strong reputation in the flower preservation industry and offers a wide variety of customization options. However, I was ultimately disappointed with the final resin piece I received, especially considering the premium price point. The photos and videos showcased on Instagram set very high expectations, but my finished product did not resemble the level of detail, fullness, and overall appearance that I expected based on their portfolio. Some of the flowers appeared more crushed or flattened than anticipated, and the arrangement did not have the polished look I was hoping for. Additionally the pressed flower frame I had paid extra for no glare and reflection in the glass but as you can see you can see the glare and reflection still in the glass which makes me think that type of glass was not used. Flower preservation is an art form, and I understand that every bouquet dries differently and results can vary. Still, for the amount charged, I expected the final product to be much closer to the examples used in their marketing and social media. The cost is significant, so I believe it's reasonable for customers to expect a result that closely reflects the quality shown in promotional photos. While I did like some of the smaller pieces such as the pressed flower frame and ring holder and appreciate having my flowers preserved, I don't feel the resin centerpiece delivered the value I expected for the price. Overall, my experience was mixed, professional service, but the final product did not fully meet the expectations created by the company's online portfolio. I even reached out personally to Tiffany the person I worked with for resolution but no resolution was provided. For this reason although a Starbucks reward was provided for a positive 5-star review I cannot recommend this company and will not be using them in the future.
