I ordered a "Deluxe" version of the "Timeless Tranquil" arrangement... 1) The arrangement looked nothing like the picture 2) The quality of the flowers were inconsistent (many arrived wilted) 3) Lack of ownership by Windsor "Florist" Whilst substitutions are unavoidable, do not add whatever you have lying around to fill a vase. Please, at minimum, try to match the original motif of the arrangement purchased by using a color wheel. Purple roses with magenta tips are not a tasteful choice here. Alstroemeria's which are known for being resilient and long lasting arrived nearly crispy. Other flowers arrived wilted. The Florist took ZERO ownership of their craftmanship and had no motivation to resolve the issue. Please spend your money elsewhere!

Due to short of time me along with my 2 of my family members (and later even some guests) helped to wrap up trying to make it to the event (infating balloons, center peices, stage setup, getting the spray paint from home depot) We were delayed by an hour in our own event and had to call other guests to come a little late due to the mess. Overall all they did was the backdrop & balloon arc. Marvin who called himself as a boss offered as $50 as discount...and kept insisting for paying the balance immediately. We wanted to talk to Krissy about this but this guy started to judge our intentions & said he never wanted to take up our project & said irrespective we get paid. Sharing one of his text response below as it was sent to us and how badly they conduct the business. When questioned about the discrepancy, they state their flowers are beautiful and no refunds or credits.
