From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect bouquet. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute request without making me feel rushed or like an afterthought. Their passion for what they do really shines through, and it's clear they take real pride in every arrangement they put together. The bouquet was absolutely stunning -- my girlfriend was completely blown away. Seeing her reaction made it all worth it, and I have Velvet Stems to thank for that. The quality of the flowers spoke for itself, and the presentation was beautiful. If you're looking for a flower shop with exceptional customer service, a friendly and knowledgeable team, and arrangements that will genuinely impress your loved one, look no further than Velvet Stems. They've earned a loyal customer in me, and I'll absolutely be returning for every occasion going forward. Highly, highly recommend!

I ordered a "Deluxe" version of the "Timeless Tranquil" arrangement... 1) The arrangement looked nothing like the picture 2) The quality of the flowers were inconsistent (many arrived wilted) 3) Lack of ownership by Windsor "Florist" Whilst substitutions are unavoidable, do not add whatever you have lying around to fill a vase. Please, at minimum, try to match the original motif of the arrangement purchased by using a color wheel. Purple roses with magenta tips are not a tasteful choice here. Alstroemeria's which are known for being resilient and long lasting arrived nearly crispy. Other flowers arrived wilted. The Florist took ZERO ownership of their craftmanship and had no motivation to resolve the issue. Please spend your money elsewhere!

We were almost crying our heart out when they didnt respond to our calls / messages for continuous 2 hours before the scheduled time and showed up just an hour before the birthday party with just one guy with a lot of decor missing which we initially agreed on. We were told Krissy who was truly a kind person in our first meeting had an injury and couldnt reach out. We were really sorry to hear that but was expecting someone to reach out to us / or called the venue to inform to have us a chance to make some arrangements. Due to short of time me along with my 2 of my family members (and later even some guests) helped to wrap up trying to make it to the event (infating balloons, center peices, stage setup, getting the spray paint from home depot) We were delayed by an hour in our own event and had to call other guests to come a little late due to the mess. Overall all they did was the backdrop & balloon arc. Marvin who called himself as a boss offered as $50 as discount...and kept insisting for paying the balance immediately. We wanted to talk to Krissy about this but this guy started to judge our intentions & said he never wanted to take up our project & said irrespective we get paid. Sharing one of his text response below as it was sent to us and how badly they conduct the business. I read a similar review from one of the other thumbsrack customer but regrt it now why we dint took it seriously. "I ask Krissy not to take your account, but she she said what a great couple y'all were, but I knew I was right. But I still listened to Krissy go ahead. Y'all never happy, even if everything went right y'all would find something to complain about and would want more deal. And y'all asked to help me, I would've work better by myself. Would it been better if I never showed up, never cared about business and just went to take care of Krissy. I wish I would've not even have wasted my time. That would've been better right. Trust me I know exactly what you felt, we been through it. We had a party and the decorations weren't what we expected but like anything you ask for service, we paid. God means well and for what ever the reason was, he knows why things happened the way they did. So it's your call , you choose to your next move wisely. Thank you sir. "
