I ordered a "Deluxe" version of the "Timeless Tranquil" arrangement... 1) The arrangement looked nothing like the picture 2) The quality of the flowers were inconsistent (many arrived wilted) 3) Lack of ownership by Windsor "Florist" Whilst substitutions are unavoidable, do not add whatever you have lying around to fill a vase. Please, at minimum, try to match the original motif of the arrangement purchased by using a color wheel. Purple roses with magenta tips are not a tasteful choice here. Alstroemeria's which are known for being resilient and long lasting arrived nearly crispy. Other flowers arrived wilted. The Florist took ZERO ownership of their craftmanship and had no motivation to resolve the issue. Please spend your money elsewhere!

When questioned about the discrepancy, they state their flowers are beautiful and no refunds or credits. It is now July 21st, and no flowers have been delivered. I received an e-mail confirmation order, but as far as I can tell, the payment didn't go through.
