OBSESSED! This little story is BTS heaven! I was visiting from California last week and my cousins introduced me to the little shop. They found it through Facebook and have been obsessed ever since. I can understand why! There's an endless array of BTS merch, from band aids & key chains to apparel and obviously cosmetics. I could've spent hours in the store. I'm so disappointed they don't have a similar location back home. I purchased several tshirts, a film crew neck, bucket hat and face mask. Items seemed a bit expensive but after coming home and researching, they were correct and fair. They do carry items for other kpop groups but the abundance is not nearly as much as BTS. The woman working was very friendly and accommodating. She answered all my questions, checked products for me and was just all around nice. I can't wait to go back every time I'm in town! read more

I wanted to buy some photocards and the staff told me I had already bought the set (like I know I buy a lot from them but I'm not buying duplicates, I can't waste money like that. And like who are you to think you remember my purchases? ) And when I told then I don't have that set ( i even brought in my pc albums to prove i didnt have them), they still refused me. Rudest staff ever, especially the one who looks like she owns the place , don't buy there if you can avoid it because they like to police people about their purchases. read more

VT Cosmetics has been my go to for K-pop albums and merchandise! The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on different k-pop groups. They also carry various Japanese album releases and exclusive merchandise and magazines. They provide pre-orders on their website, ship out items and have easy pick-up at the store! Usually I really enjoy this store! They have a great selection of albums and other types of merch! However recently my sister went to go buy an album from the discount bin and was hugely disappointed to see it was missing the photo card. There was no label or anything saying why it was discounted and the worker at the cashier said it was due to the crack on the case. The store basically said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't help remedy the situation, hugely disappointed and will be wary shopping there from now on! read more

If you're going to require a mask in July 2022 , when even airlines have discontinued them, maybe you should provide them for customers! I tried to enter with my boys but we couldn't due to not having a mask on us . As a business owner , if you're going to require them, you should provide them. They prob cost the business pennies to provide them VS I sat and watched as 9/10 customers left due to not having a mask. Imagine all that loss of revenue! Work smarter not harder . read more

Horrible customer service, the owner is quite nice but the cashier is very rude. She will snap at you and raise her voice for no reasons. I really enjoy buying from this place but the cashier makes me don't want to return there anymore. They have quite a nice selection of items but their customer service is horrible and the cashier always seem very unfriendly and rude toward customers. read more

I used to really enjoy coming to this store. My commute is about a 40 min drive from South Dallas and it used to be worth it. However, I feel like every time I visit the staff (specifically the Caucasian girl, not sure what her name is) has become snappier and ruder with every visit. I usually spend $60+ at this shop but I cannot support a shop that clearly doesn't care for their customers. They have a good selection of things but I would much rather purchase online from a different shop and wait for shipping that get met with bad customer service. I did really want to keep my business here but I rather spend my money where my business is appreciated. If you choose to shop here good for you but I would really suggest shopping where you matter! Side Note: The final reason I am giving such a low review is because the young lady mentioned before blatantly disrespected my sister and I will not stand for it. read more

VT Cosmetics is AMAZING! Had so much fun going today for some albums, seasons greetings, and extras. This K-pop store always has things that are more difficult to find (such as magazines, seasons greetings, Japanese albums, etc) available at a great price! They have so many groups available as well as other fan made merch. Everything is so well organized, they always have amazing inventory and the atmosphere is so fun! The staff are so sweet and helpful too-special shout out to Melissa and V for making my visit extra special! This store honestly needs more reviews. Great place for getting KPop albums and merch. I come in pretty regularly and while it is a smaller store, everything is neatly organized and well stocked. Pre-ordering online also helps if you are not sure your items will sell out or if there is a pre-order bonus. read more

The team working there is super friendly and you can totally tell they love BTS as much as their customers do!
