Even though the store was very crowded and busy, it stayed incredibly well-organized. You can tell the staff works hard to keep the shelves stocked and neat. The entire place was spotless and very clean, which made browsing all the unique Japanese products a great experience. ​ The checkout process was smooth. My cashier, Enya, was very friendly and professional. She was a bit on the quiet side, but super efficient and kind while handling my items. ​ If you love Japanese snacks, high-quality beauty products, or just want to explore a cool new shop, this is the place to go.
