I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at Eagle Postal. Here's why: 1) The first time I visited, the solo employee there didn't wear a mask at all, even though a sign on the front door stated that masks are required for customers 2) The employee offered me ten percent off my purchase if I wrote a five star review. That's definitely a violation of Yelp's terms of service, and likely every other review site (and probably explains why this place has such a high rating on Google maps). 3) Most importantly: I was a ponytail of pandemic-chopped hair that I was sending to Locks of Love. A few days after I shipped it, the Locks of Love package was RETURNED to me for having insufficient postage, and I was shocked to see that Eagle Postal had applied only $1.80 worth of postage to it. I assume that they just pocked the remaining $3 I paid? Had this been a time-sensitive package, this could have been disastrous. I returned to Eagle Postal a few days after that (about a week after my first visit) and interacted with a different employee. I explained what happened. He took down my info, and assured me that when the manager came in, a refund for the package would be processed, and he'd be in touch. I never heard from them again, and never got a refund. I eventually went to the actual USPS post office to send the package; they told me that it cost $5 total, and that it had to be shipped as a package, not an envelope, which is why it was returned. 4) Less serious, but also suspicious: I also sent a sewing project in a bubble mailer I'd made for a friend. This package eventually made it to its destination, but it was shipped media mail (which is *very* cheap); it weighed very little and I was charged over $7 for it; it was a birthday gift and arrived very late. The employee didn't ask what was in the package; media mail is subject to stringent regulations, and my package didn't meet those rules and shouldn't have been classified as media mail. Don't use Eagle Postal unless you want your packages returned to you with insufficient postage! read more

I dropped off a paper to mail for FedEx with a label and then after they sealed the envelope they charged me for the FedEx envelope. I have never been charged for a FedEx envelope. They said i should have read the sign behind me. He said envelope is already sealed so I have to pay. It's not the money, it's the point when he said I should have read the copied crooked sign taped to the wall behind me. read more

I went in and there was a sign that they'd be back in five minutes. The sign was odd, posted a pic, there were extra words that seemed unnecessary and a phone number without saying I was supposed to call...but I don't walk into an open business and call for service so that doesn't matter. Imagining it was a one man shop and people sometimes need to step out I waited...for five minutes...ten minutes...then I left. Lock the door if you're closed or update your obscure note to say when you'll really be back...and stick to it. read more

I mailed a piece of jewelry for repair and insured it for $1000 from this center the middle of Dec. Fed Ex is saying they never received the package. I spoke with the owner Oded and he is refusing to honor my claim. I am out $1000 (the cost of the piece of jewelry) plus the $50 I paid to insure and mail it. Austin has been extremely helpful in trying to get Fed Ex to find the package but nothing has turned up. I am very disappointed with the response of Oded and will never recommend this postal center again. read more

Worst employee I've met in Dallas to date. We went in on 11:25am on Saturday July 29, 2017. You could tell this kid, wearing a tank top, was clearly bothered as we walked into the building. He didn't know anything about the package we were trying to send (6lbs for $45!) we were trying to send and was quite rude. Avoid this place and just go to the US post office two blocks away. read more

Terrible. A package I shipped with them was returned to their business. They lost it and acted like I should file a claim with the shipping company. The shipping company did their job! Eagle lost or stole my package. I will never do business with them again. read more

I've been using this location for years with superb service but today they went above and beyond on the service. I showed up with a 91 pound box and a bunch of requirements and they didn't bat an eye. He got his cart, went out to my car and loaded that enormous package without me even asking! OH!!! NEVER! NEVER!!! NEVER!! use their service people! I was at their store roughly 2 months ago to send my headphone to BOSE. The guy who served me told me he was having a computer issue while scanning my item but reassured me that my item was scanned in the system to be shipped out and he even gave me his cellphone as a point of contact . I left the store trusting the associate, without any receipt or even tracking number. 2 weeks later BOSE contacted me saying my item is still waiting to be picked up, I called the guy's cellphone and he hang up the phone on me saying he has been transferred to another store and can't help anymore! I drove to the store which is 25 minutes from where I live and spoke to the store manager. The store manager informed me that the guy who served me was fired and suggested that I speak to the business owner. The business owner doesn't even have the decency to pick up his phone and talk to me, every time time I call he responds back via txt.. WHICH TO ME IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! First, he said my item was accidently picked up by USPS and they are going to ship it back to the store and now he doesn't answer my calls and emails at all! Long story short my $140 BOSE headphones is lost and the business owner Bryan is not willing to reimburse me my money! what a SHAME!!!! Do not use electronic fund transfer with these guys. They kept charging my bank account two months after I cancelled my service.

Ineffective service. I had a package to return and I left the shipping label on the box so that the kid wiring there could read the address that the package needed to be returned to. I paid for the shipping and he clerk said he would place the new label over the old shipping label. The next morning I open my front door to find THE SAME PACKAGE on my door step. I went to Eagle today to ask that they resend the package and correct their error at no cost to me, and the owner refused to resend the package without me paying for it again!! The poor kid working there gave me a discount on the re-shipping anyway, but still, I had to pay twice. They just lost me as a customer. read more
