I've had good service here before. Usually it's great. But today, the woman working actually refused to provide service to me due to that the place having closed. I was waiting in line, arrived 5 minutes till, while she was running around in the back taking forever to find boxes for the person ahead of me. I am not only appalled but beyond inconvenienced by the lack of service. She was incredibly rude and honestly in this day of age I'm simply stunned to ever be "refused service" Try hiring people that realize they are in the actual service industry--the patrons should be entitled to service no matter if they arrive 5 minutes till closing. read more

Stay very far away from this place!!!!! I went to a conference In Dallas, and painstakingly grabbed loads of samples, some to be given as gifts to my friends in Puerto Rico. Because I am an honest person, I often make the mistake of thinking that all people are honest. These people are CROOKS. When I opened the box in PR, about half of my items were missing . Repeat--They steal. Perhaps they did not get this memo: Thou Shalt Not Steal ! To add more misery, they charged me about $114.00. I am mad as hell! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!! Went here to first class ship my passport and was quoted at $54 (shipping locally). decided that might be a bit more than if I went directly to the post office. went to the post office and they charged me less than $5. I've used Eagle Postal Center several times after finding them via YELP and been meaning to review. All my experiences have been great. Usually the lines are short and quick. Whoever is at the front is always nice and very helpful when trying to find the best way to ship an item. I can't remember her name but there's a nice young lady who helped my fiancé and I ship some pottery recently who we enjoyed servicing us. Besides the shipping I've come here to make copies and use their fax machine at an inexpensive price. They also have other items that are useful like greeting cards and even CBD oils if interested. Hope this store keeps up the great work and I'm sure I'll be back for something soon. read more

You can even drop off packages with pre-paid labels for companies you service and they'll get your package delivered for no charge. I'm renting a box here for my business mail for over 6 years. I have only good things to say! You can see that the owner, Steven, is hard working man dedicated to his job and clients. I have never had any issues with my packages. Even when my box sometimes getting full, they always put it on the side and not bragging me into renting a bigger box. I love the fact that I have access to the box 24/7 and when I have big packages they can put it for you in the locked night drawer and place the keys in your personal box. This place is a good alternative if you can't make it to the US Post Office, but be prepared to pay the price for the convenience. I mailed a few packages from here at different times and was always amazed at the price, but the staff was always quick to show me the price if I used UPS or FedEx, which I thought were highly priced too, but less than the US Post Office price. I kept asking when did all these prices go up from all these shippers and each time got really vague answers. But it bugged me and so the last time I shipped something I really pressed the guy to explain to me why these prices were so much more expensive than when I went directly to USPS, FedEx or UPS if they were licensed to ship and always got the shrug of the shoulder when asking about the pricing. Reluctantly, and I mean very reluctantly, the staff member I was asking said Eagle Postal Center charges extra to ship these items so they can charge above the rates as opposed to if went directly to the other places to have them shipped. Fair enough, but I asked him why the last times I asked him about this he just wouldn't give me this answer? And he didn't want to answer that question! So no more shipping from Eagle Postal Center for me but I do like that they take pre-paid packaged boxes/envelopes, have stamps, mailing envelopes and take recycling peanuts. Like Eagle Postal Center, just took a star off for the run around about their shipping costs. read more
