I came in on 5/16 to mail a box to my grandson (in Virginia Beach) for his 2nd birthday, I was told by Craig that my only 3 options was overnight for over $200, second day which was going to be around $175, or ground which was still $52. He told me that it would arrive 5/20 by 7PM. As that was my grandson's birthday, I elected to go with that. The box didn't arrive until 2 days after his birthday, so when I went in today, I asked why I paid so much to ship a box that didn't arrive in time. The person who was speaking to me (Molly) was so rude and off putting by rolling her eyes and interrupting me, telling me that I went with the cheapest option...so basically telling me...well what did you expect. I began to get heated because I was being treated so dismissively and like I was being ridiculous. I asked her to stop rolling her eyes at me and was given nothing but attitude. I left unsatisfied and angry. I went to the car and immediately went back in with my husband because we paid a year in advance for a PO box that I decided that I wanted to get a refund for. I went back in and had to deal with Robert who was by in large the most rude and condescending person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. He was argumentative, with inflammatory responses and was treating me like I was being a Karen because I was upset with the level of treatment that I was receiving. He refused to give me the owner's contact information and when I insisted on getting his information, he wrote the owner's name and the store's phone number down on a piece of paper and slammed it down in front of me. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. The worst part was I was initially just looking for a solution to my dissatisfactory experience and instead it escalated into a huge scene because I was being treated so hostile. I realize that the customer isn't always right but in this case, there needs to be a reckoning. You cannot get away with treating customers in this way. Right is right. This place has terrible reviews, so I guess I am adding to the list. I have a formal complaint in with corporate, so hopefully there will be some resolve. If you are considering doing any business with this place I would say look elsewhere. There is another location just a few blocks away, where you won't be treated like you have a mental issue.

My parents waited until 11:30 AM, and it never arrived. Despite repeated attempts to contact UPS, no assistance was provided. We could not reach the driver, nor could we get clear guidance on collecting the parcel from the depot. The lack of communication and support is completely unacceptable. This failure has caused significant inconvenience. The parcel was supposed to arrive before my parents' flight to Lebanon so they could bring it with them. Now, I am forced to pay for shipping from the USA to Lebanon because UPS could not deliver on their promise. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service. UPS has proven to be unreliable, unhelpful, and completely frustrating. I will never use this service again and cannot recommend it under any circumstances.

I told him I needed to fax documents, handed them to him and as he turned around to the machine I asked if I could have a Cover Sheet. He blew his breath in frustration as he turned around and gave me one and then plopped (literally made sure he had enough air time) my documents down on the weight machine. My hand was open to receive the documents, he chose to place them down otherwise. In the middle of me filling out the form I could see and feel his building frustrations so I silently pleaded and asked for help from another employee who was available. THANK YOU JOHNATHAN!! He took my papers with no problem and assisted me with professionalism, generosity and care. Abraham was nice too! Thank you young gentlemen. Sam could learn a LOT from you two when it comes to customer service and professionalism.

Every visit was captured on Ring cameras while our family was out of the country. The aggressive pounding on the door was enough to scare our house and dog sitter, who was staying at the home while we were away. They used deceptive tactics in an attempt to get a response regarding court paperwork connected to a case that has absolutely nothing to do with us. They repeatedly showed up at our property at all hours of the day (830-9pm--unacceptable!) and engaged in behavior that was more like stalking and harassment than professional process serving. I have video evidence of the repeated visits, aggressive knocking, wild rhetoric, and attempts to peer into my home. If this is how this company conducts business, people should be aware before hiring them. Should this happen again, we will contact law enforcement and provide the footage for harassment concerns. Avoid.

After having significant problems with the back-end development of the site I had to discard all of that work and rebuild the site from ground zero. However, I maintained the graphic design in its original state. Therefore, I believe an updated review is in order. Recently, the site was completely rebuilt. The letter below was summarily rejected by Betsy. So, I am posting it verbatim......buyer beware. Good morning Betsy, As you know, I have experienced two occasions where my website was offline for months without my knowledge. As a result, I have had to employ other consultants to research and bring the site back online. In addition, the links to the clips continuously broke. This look, where clips do not work, promoted a feeble perception to the person reading the site and resulted in a poor perception of me as a professional. I had complained to you before that with my limited ability to see, WP was a mess. I asked you several times to clean it up..which you said you did...but on further review by these professionals, they saw many unrelated pieces in WP that were also available for outsiders to see that had no relationship with my messaging and gave unwanted opportunities to other sites to communicate with my site. Finally, within your development architecture, there was no consideration given to installing any security or notification measures that would provide protection and warnings against unwanted events from occurring. Your source in India does not have adequate skills to work for you. It is also clear that you have no technical quality control to ensure that you are delivering a site built for today. Shuffling e-mails from your designer to your client and from your developer to your client has nothing to do with delivering a solid product since you are doing nothing to add to the solution. It took months for me to understand and engage a consultant that could build a reliable site...another embarrassment since I could not direct prospects to my website during the timeframe for the research and rebuild. I have paid a high price for incompetent site development work. However, I will distinguish that from the graphic design (including text), presently retained in its original form. I had to take action, and I engaged services to bring the site back online and then completely redesign the development into a simple, swift, reliable site www.rhonig.com. The attached spreadsheet and supporting documents show that I paid AWS $2,266 to mitigate the problems and rebuild the site. Thus, I paid you approximately $1,600 without regard to the cost that I incurred for the months the site was offline and while online the shabby perception the malfunctioning site had on the readers and therefore their perception of me. So, bottom line, I am willing to pay for the graphic design at the cost of $800. For the remaining $800, I expect to receive a refund sent to me by Venmo by Friday, September 10, 2021. Please keep in mind; I am absorbing $622 ($1,600 + $622 = $2,266) without regard to the other costs which I incurred. Should I not receive that money on time, I will publish this letter in as many avenues for review that I can find. I will begin that effort over this coming weekend. I will look forward to receiving the $800 and putting this entire debacle to rest. Thank you, Ross

I have been a customer at this Eagle Postal Center for a number of years. The staff there is nice, and I have been able to call them numerous times to ask them as to whether or not I have packages in my mailbox; or whether or not I have anything I received that won't fit in my mailbox. If it is the case that something is too large to put in my mailbox, they have assisted me in such a way that I was able to pick up my package there afterhours. This has been a real blessing to me. I've been using Eagle Postal on Mockinbird/Abrams for about 3 years now. The folks are always friendly, eager to help with any of my needs, and service is always courteous and professional. I have never had a problem with any of my mail or packages. They don't even mind going out to my car and carrying in my heavy boxes for me. Now that's service you don't get just anywhere. I have a home-based business and receiving packages at Eagle Postal means I never have to pay for Residential dropoff fees when I receive packaes from UPS, FedEX and others and it means there is ALWAYS someone there to sign for and receive may packages. They always notify when you have a package, which makes it very convenient to stop in to pick up packages. We had medications stolen out of our mailbox and with this service we are assured we receive our medications. They also have great greeting cards!! read more
