I looked for 'budget copies' online and this place was close by. The manager was friendly, took my flash drive, plugged it in, whistled, "you DO have a lot...' and then went to work getting the job done. I stayed and it took him less than an hour to crank out over 100 separate 3-4 page documents, sorted in chronological order, stapled and stacked. He had a tip jar and I had already decided I was going to tip him $20, but when he said the charge for _everything_ was $19.80 for 376 copies, tax included, stapled and collated, he acted embarrassed that I was tipping more than the job cost. IT WAS WORTH IT - in saved time, saved extra charges for stapling, hole punching, etc. What a deal! I will be back!

We had a very special event planned and that day and realized that the menu's we had printed were not correct. I went in on Sunday around 11 am. Sam was at the counter and there was one customer ahead of me with several boxes to be shipped. When it was my turn, I asked if he could print 40 copies on card stock while we waited. He told me that he could not do it right at that moment. I said fine I'd be happy to pay a rush fee and what's the soonest it could be done. He responded I can have it ready by 3 pm. It was 11 am so that was going to be 4 hours later. I figured I would run other errands I had and pick it back up on the way to the event at 3 pm. At 3pm I called the Fed ex office to make sure it was ready as I was on my way there to pick my order up. Sam answered the phone and told me that it was not ready, he hadn't started it. I asked him why he told me it would be ready at 3 pm if it wouldn't be. He said I know what I told you be it's not ready and I have plenty of other customers than just you. He then said your order won't be done till 6 pm and hung up on me. I called back later to ask his name and he hung up on me once again. I would have taken my order elsewhere if I would have known he wasn't going to complete my order as promised. Unfortunately I will never do business at this Fed ex office again. I can not trust that they will complete a task that the promised to complete. Shame on you Sam, for your horrible customer service and rude attitude.

The delivery driver shoved my package in a locker so small I had…read moreno choice but to rip the box and get it out when I went to fedex to tell them they refused to accept the box because they said it was compromised and I would have to replace the box. Called customer service customer service told me to call the company and have them send it out again. They are a group of incompetent individuals, each person working there has no sense of customer service or reliability on their part. How is a driver going to shove a box in a mailbox smaller than the dimensions of the package and then hold the customer liable for damages occurred. The drivers are ignorant (obviously there needs to be extra training time to learn box measurements vs proper mailbox sizes) the store staff is incompetent (every time I go in it's a new person at the counter in training and frantically handling situations ready to give the customer service number when custom service is a bunch of lazy subordinates with horrible customer service most of which you cannot even understand due to their thick accent and the amount of noise coming from their background. Safe to say I HATE FEDEX. They are only used because UPS the superior delivery service is more expensive. Because better quality costs more money. It's clear fedex hires the people that no one else will. And that's sad as a company that all of the stores have a 2 star or lower rating and on bbb they have 1 star.

Every time I would go by there or call them, they'd say, "we can't find the proper frames, but we're working on it". I will go in there, get my prints, and LEAVE! They keep coming up with excuses about why they can't ever complete the task. They are THE PITTS! JoAnn, I'm never doing business with you again! I asked again before she started printing, and she told me she would let me know after the job was finished. She then went back a second time to get a price. They never informed me that this was a "rush" job. I called and asked if they could take on the job before my arrival! This is not transparent business practice. The overcharging is obvious, and the rude behavior makes it even worse. I strongly urge others to avoid this place entirely. Spare yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that values honesty and basic professionalism!
