However, after Saturday, I will go out of my way to avoid this place. I work remote and recently changed jobs and needed to return my old equipment. My former employer sent me a very detailed email with QR codes and instructions that state, UPS is to pack the items. When I went in, i was asked repeatedly what was in the box. I listed out verbally and opened the box to show him as well as showed the email checklist. After 10 minutes of repeatedly asking me what was in the box, I was asked to come back on Monday at 10am. Well of course I cannot and will not, I have a job. I gave up and went to the UPS in Casa Linda. There, Jessica helped me start to finish with no questions. I'm not sure if the man here was new or just lazy. Either way, he has no business being in customer service.

It was immediately noticeable the disregard he had for me as a customer as soon as I walked through the door. He did not greet me, yet asked, "What do you need?" I told him I needed to fax documents, handed them to him and as he turned around to the machine I asked if I could have a Cover Sheet. He blew his breath in frustration as he turned around and gave me one and then plopped (literally made sure he had enough air time) my documents down on the weight machine. My hand was open to receive the documents, he chose to place them down otherwise. In the middle of me filling out the form I could see and feel his building frustrations so I silently pleaded and asked for help from another employee who was available. THANK YOU JOHNATHAN!! He took my papers with no problem and assisted me with professionalism, generosity and care. Abraham was nice too! Thank you young gentlemen. We had a very special event planned and that day and realized that the menu's we had printed were not correct. I went in on Sunday around 11 am. Sam was at the counter and there was one customer ahead of me with several boxes to be shipped. When it was my turn, I asked if he could print 40 copies on card stock while we waited. He told me that he could not do it right at that moment. I said fine I'd be happy to pay a rush fee and what's the soonest it could be done. He responded I can have it ready by 3 pm. It was 11 am so that was going to be 4 hours later. I figured I would run other errands I had and pick it back up on the way to the event at 3 pm. At 3pm I called the Fed ex office to make sure it was ready as I was on my way there to pick my order up. Sam answered the phone and told me that it was not ready, he hadn't started it. I asked him why he told me it would be ready at 3 pm if it wouldn't be. He said I know what I told you be it's not ready and I have plenty of other customers than just you. He then said your order won't be done till 6 pm and hung up on me. I called back later to ask his name and he hung up on me once again. I would have taken my order elsewhere if I would have known he wasn't going to complete my order as promised. Unfortunately I will never do business at this Fed ex office again. I can not trust that they will complete a task that the promised to complete. Shame on you Sam, for your horrible customer service and rude attitude.
