It is a UPS store. Full service, and the staff are quite friendly. They usually have two lines so the wait time is not significant. They have plenty of packaging supplies and also have post office boxes. read more

Quick and easy drop off. The employees were helpful and it was definitely a pleasant experience.

First after the renovation our box size was reduced without our knowledge yet they hadn't adjusted the cost until we complained. Next , we kept getting the run around about getting the key to the new "smaller" box which took over a month to get. Now, six different times in the last month or so , no one has been there at 8am to open with people waiting. Keep in mind that the after hours access to the store is no longer available so you're at their mercy. The excuse from the manager ..."this is a big city and things happen". Ever since this location changed owners from Joe (and his staff) the service, attitude and rudeness has been unacceptable. I will not use this location again. Customers will continue as it's convenient but I would rather drive farther than be treated like I was yesterday. I did exactly what Amazon said to do; I had the bar code and items but somehow the workers could not do it and presumably the manager (woman) stepped in and threw blame on me and was so rude. No kindness. no let's see how we can figure this out, nothing. I was innocent and have always been kind to the prior employees...bringing them gifts, etc because they were pleasant and efficient. I hope Amazon decides to switch loyalty to FedX...the best and this UPS location gets a -10. read more

Staff seems to be lazy and that they really do not care in general. They misplaced a package of mine that I paid 80$ to have overnighted. When I called Customer service to inquire where my package was, because their was no update with the tracking number, they said I had to deal with the store because they had nothing on their end. The store employee told me that it 100% wasn't in their store anymore and it must of been the drivers fault and asked me if I'm sure the package wasn't delivered because it definitely shipped even though it was never scanned. Then told me that if the recipient doesn't get it by the EOD let him know and he will do a claim to get back my 80$ charge, even though I mailed a birthday card with a gc in it but I guess that's not their problem? Later that night at around 7P it was scanned as being shipped and arrived next day. So I'm guessing they did have it in the store and didn't want to admit to it. Either way I paid a fee for overnight on a package that got there a day late and was never refunded the difference for overnight and ground due to their mistake. I recommend using the FedEx store down the street, employees there seem more competent in my experience. read more

Would give them zero stars if I could. They are the laziest group of people who would rather watch a customer sweat carrying in 3 huge boxes than help. There were three representatives standing in the back watching me struggle as I carried all boxes up to the counter. The man with a long ponytail condescendingly explained that the labels I had on my boxes were incorrect. Then, as he was slowly cutting little pieces of styrofoam he jokingly asked to help me to my car. Obviously I needed help. Obviously the 4 representatives in the store are too lazy or stoned to provide that. I will exclusively use FEDEX from now on. With any further Amazon returns I will choose any other option. This is my favorite mail place. Joe is great and the store is run very efficiently. His energy is laid back but still will go the extra mile. They also help with packaging to make it as cost effective as possible. Once, time he even created a box for me to keep it within the limits. I use their printing services as well. I never feel like I have to wait needlessly and there seems to always be a long time employee on site who can answer questions. I love this place! read more

How good would your service have to be to prompt you to write a review of a UPS store? Pretty dang good, right? Well, the holiday season has slammed this little store in Preston Center but they staffed three people at the stations and moved through a TON of people in a really quick time. For my station, a ponytailed guy with a name that started with a "J" dealt with my FOUR items efficiently, effectively and with great communication. This even included my Boots return that had a FedEx return label!! He taped up the box, applied the label and then gave me great directions to FedEx. WAAAAY above and beyond the call. And without completely humiliating me for being a dork. Give this guy a bonus; he made what could have been a pain into a very efficient trip. read more

Worst UPS customer service out of all the stores I have been to. they charge you $3 per label for them to print it out for you. I have never been charged this at other locations. The guy named David in there is very rude! I would recommend going to any other location but this one! read more

They charged me 10.00 to receive a UPS package and then an additional 10.00 per day to hold the package. My phone number was on shipping label, they received it at 1030am and said they were too busy to call me so I had to pay 20.00 to get my package. There is no indication on the web site that they charge to receive packages or in the store. This is wrong. DONT USE THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Went in to have a UPS Store Agreement signed by a UPS employee. They refused because the owner said he had "never heard of it". It is an official document they use to rent mailboxes. He said they only used it for their store despite speaking with another store where the mailbox will be located. He argued that "each store is separately owned." Under that basis I guess they do not need to follow UPS procedures. Real answer - he was not going to be able to charge me for any service, so he would not help. read more
