I mailed 3 birthday cards w/gift cards at this Postal Depot and a week later, the people I sent them to have not received them. The owner said because I didn't get them tracked, there is absolutely nothing he can do. He stated to me today, they usually ask if there are gifts cards being mailed, but he never asked me. He weighed my cards and I am sure he knew they were probably heavier than a normal greeting card. I have used their location in the past, but I NEVER will again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. The cards haven't returned to me, nor have the intended recipients received them. He didn't try to assist or accommodate my loss in any way, all he said was "I'm Sorry". That didn't replace my missing/stolen greeting cards. As the owner of the establishment, he should have offered to replace them. I had my receipt and the receipt of the gifts cards. I purchased some stamps from him to put on the cards & he never asked me if the greeting cards contained any gift cards. "BE AWARE", THEY STEAL YOUR MAIL! read more

They were courteous and quick. A little hard to find as Google maps kinda sends you astray. But when you get there service is good.
