The only reason I removed a star is that the staff don't really acknowledge you when you walked in. There were two people working who looked right at me and didn't say a word. I thought, okay, could've just been me. But another customer walked in a minute after me and loudly said "GOOD MORNING!" to wake the staff up. I giggled and turned to tell him good morning and a subtle nod for solidarity. Same thing to a woman customer to walked in right after, not a word. In my last two transactions there I have been hassled and over charged. She said I needed to package my packages. She refused to continue the transaction until I agreed. Then another employee came over and smoothed out the situation and just put a strip of packing tape over what the other employee was complaining about. For the second transaction I wanted to ship a small bubble mailer USPS at the lowest rate because it wasn't urgent. I was told it would be over 15$ I thought it was strange because I had just shipped the same size mailer a week before at around 8$. The employee says that usps had raised their rates. I go ahead with the transaction, but when I checked my receipt & tracking number my package had NOT been shipped usps. It had been shipped UPS, which was much more expensive. I run a small business that ships frequently. I will never use this store again for anything but free Amazon returns.
