Products are organized and put neatly. * Customer Service was a bit lacking; Esperanza is the production manager and perhaps I caught her in a mood but a few times she rolled her eyes at me. He didn't ask questions; he just opened my USB and opened my PDF's and started positioning the artwork for print. I usually design artwork, logos, brochures and announcements cards but today I was working on a Wedding Coloring Book for a client. The coloring book is personalized with games, puzzles, the love story about the couple, with a photo collage of the couple over the years together and a time consuming page for the guests of children to draw the bride and groom as a Gift to the Happy Couple. I know that's a very small order, but Chris and his team treated me with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and courtesy from start to finish. My QR code was ready the very next day, and to my surprise, Chris gave me two stickers for the price of one.
