Being a Graphic Designer and working with many, many professional and larger format print shops - sometimes you get jaded with the hustle and bustle; the price jab, the turn around and the never ending wait. But after visiting A Best Printing, a local and tiny print shop; I felt the stress leave my body. I wasn't sure what I was going to find and I ended up finding a gem. * Store Appearance is spacious with a few Samples of their work and it was clean. Products are organized and put neatly. * Customer Service was a bit lacking; Esperanza is the production manager and perhaps I caught her in a mood but a few times she rolled her eyes at me. Maybe I was too enthusiastic over finding this little gem of a print shop? Who knows. Lol * The Graphic Production employee took my files and immediately started working on printing the order. He didn't ask questions; he just opened my USB and opened my PDF's and started positioning the artwork for print. I usually design artwork, logos, brochures and announcements cards but today I was working on a Wedding Coloring Book for a client. The coloring book is personalized with games, puzzles, the love story about the couple, with a photo collage of the couple over the years together and a time consuming page for the guests of children to draw the bride and groom as a Gift to the Happy Couple. The 11x17 spreadsheet is folded to 8.5x11, double sided, collated and saddle stitched. A Best Printing - did an awesome job for business!
