Establishment of total weirdos and probably stealing private information with how adamant he was on me not removing my private information. We had a very special event planned and that day and realized that the menu's we had printed were not correct. I went in on Sunday around 11 am. Sam was at the counter and there was one customer ahead of me with several boxes to be shipped. When it was my turn, I asked if he could print 40 copies on card stock while we waited. He told me that he could not do it right at that moment. I said fine I'd be happy to pay a rush fee and what's the soonest it could be done. He responded I can have it ready by 3 pm. It was 11 am so that was going to be 4 hours later. I figured I would run other errands I had and pick it back up on the way to the event at 3 pm. At 3pm I called the Fed ex office to make sure it was ready as I was on my way there to pick my order up. Sam answered the phone and told me that it was not ready, he hadn't started it. I asked him why he told me it would be ready at 3 pm if it wouldn't be. He said I know what I told you be it's not ready and I have plenty of other customers than just you. He then said your order won't be done till 6 pm and hung up on me. I called back later to ask his name and he hung up on me once again. I would have taken my order elsewhere if I would have known he wasn't going to complete my order as promised. Unfortunately I will never do business at this Fed ex office again. I can not trust that they will complete a task that the promised to complete. Shame on you Sam, for your horrible customer service and rude attitude.

    I have now visited this location twice, and both times the service has been unprofessional,…read moredismissive, and completely unacceptable. I came in to print labels using my own paper( BECAUSE HE STATED IT WOULD BE MORE EXPENSIVE IF I USED HIS PAPER ) , and also provided my own layouts and just needed them printed and when I asked for the price, the employee had to leave to ask someone else. I asked again before she started printing, and she told me she would let me know after the job was finished. She then went back a second time to get a price. They never informed me that this was a "rush" job. I called and asked if they could take on the job before my arrival! This is not transparent business practice. The overcharging is obvious, and the rude behavior makes it even worse. I strongly urge others to avoid this place entirely. Spare yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that values honesty and basic professionalism! Instead of being accountable and being customer oriented they are combative with the customers in the reviews. This place won't last long and I plan on escalating this to the Better Business Bureau!

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at UPS Store #3275…read more I have been a loyal UPS customer for years and frequently visit the location near my home, where I always receive friendly, efficient service. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Store #3275 was the complete opposite and left me extremely disappointed. While running errands in the area, I decided to drop off two prepaid packages at this location. Upon entering the store, the associate greeted me with an eye roll and an unprofessional tone, asking, "For drop-off, how can I help you?" I explained that both packages already had shipping labels attached but needed a strip of tape across the top to secure them. I was informed that there would be a $1 charge per box for the tape. I politely asked if this was store policy, as I have never been charged for a small piece of tape at any other UPS location. The associate responded rudely, but I went ahead and paid the fee and received a receipt. When I asked for a shipping receipt, I was told in a condescending tone that I had already been given one. After clarifying that I needed the drop-off/shipping confirmation, the associate responded curtly before finally providing it. This experience was unprofessional, unpleasant, and far below the level of service I've come to expect from UPS. I will not be returning to this location and will continue to use my usual store, UPS Store #5252, where customer service is consistently excellent. I wanted to bring this incident to your attention so appropriate action can be taken to ensure customers receive respectful and professional treatment at all UPS locations.

    I went in needing to ship a box to my daughter. I told the man working that I needed to buy a box…read moreand showed him what size from an example of another box. He brought out a box twice a size. I told him it was too big and he said just try it and proceeded to tape up the bottom. After I loaded it, there was still plenty of room. But I had to use it anyway. He then told me it would be $58 to ship. When I went to pay for it, the total said over $70. When I questioned this, he said the box was 12.99. I would've never bought the box had I known it was 12.99. He never said anything, and he quickly taped it up giving me no choice. When I told him that he said you wanted to buy a box, I'm sure you knew how expensive it was because you didn't want us to pack it for you. What does that even mean? Also, who the heck charges $13 for a small box? It's absolutely ridiculous and the last time I'll ever go there!
