We had a very special event planned and that day and realized that the menu's we had printed were not correct. I went in on Sunday around 11 am. Sam was at the counter and there was one customer ahead of me with several boxes to be shipped. When it was my turn, I asked if he could print 40 copies on card stock while we waited. He told me that he could not do it right at that moment. I said fine I'd be happy to pay a rush fee and what's the soonest it could be done. He responded I can have it ready by 3 pm. It was 11 am so that was going to be 4 hours later. I figured I would run other errands I had and pick it back up on the way to the event at 3 pm. At 3pm I called the Fed ex office to make sure it was ready as I was on my way there to pick my order up. Sam answered the phone and told me that it was not ready, he hadn't started it. I asked him why he told me it would be ready at 3 pm if it wouldn't be. He said I know what I told you be it's not ready and I have plenty of other customers than just you. He then said your order won't be done till 6 pm and hung up on me. I called back later to ask his name and he hung up on me once again. I would have taken my order elsewhere if I would have known he wasn't going to complete my order as promised. Unfortunately I will never do business at this Fed ex office again. I can not trust that they will complete a task that the promised to complete. Shame on you Sam, for your horrible customer service and rude attitude.

They never informed me that this was a "rush" job. I called and asked if they could take on the job before my arrival! This is not transparent business practice. The overcharging is obvious, and the rude behavior makes it even worse. I strongly urge others to avoid this place entirely. Spare yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that values honesty and basic professionalism! Most of all, I was really impressed by how appreciative he was for the donation I gave (for school supplies to local public schools in need). It inspired me and since I was blessed enough to help out, I decided to go back in and buy a few more supplies for the office so I could donate again! Really great experience all around. I write this review today because the employees went above and beyond in helping us. One of our locations was running low on critical document and would not have enough to hold them over until their normal shipment would arrive from our supply warehouse. I contacted Kwik Kopy and told them the dilemma and that we would need these documents ASAP. Within a few hours they turned around the printing and delivered them to us. We really appreciate everything this Kwik Kopy location does for us year around but they just proved themselves again on why we continue to use them.
