I have been coming to PostNet casually, on and off, during the past 9 years or so. It's only been in the last year or two that I've had to rely more heavily on Drew and his staff, especially Dean, who gives me service with a smile and always something to laugh about (hard to come by these days, through dueling face masks, to be sure!) to assist me during Covid and now, while I've begun to work from home. I can always rely on stellar customer service that goes far beyond my expectations and staff who know this business like the back of their hands - Most importantly, they know how to get me in and out the quickest - which, to me, is invaluable. In short, I believe the subpar reviews I see here to be written by people of low caliber and I can describe them: less than a fourth grade education, are fraught with typos, misspellings and lack punctuation and offer no real insight into what a terrific service PostNet provides. These aforementioned authors obviously have no concept of what it costs to do things in today's [cutthroat] small business world of the Pandemic, i.e. send an email, receive a fax, mail an item with tracking, etc., and reviews are not indicative of the real world. To say these small businesses are struggling, is a complete understatement. I only wish more people like me, who are having challenges transitioning to working from home and/or virtual schooling (and to those just needing stamps and a nice birthday card) to stop in and see just how easy Drew and his stellar crew will make day-to-day living a BREEZE. I have now visited this location twice, and both times the service has been unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I came in to print labels using my own paper( BECAUSE HE STATED IT WOULD BE MORE EXPENSIVE IF I USED HIS PAPER ) , and also provided my own layouts and just needed them printed and when I asked for the price, the employee had to leave to ask someone else. I asked again before she started printing, and she told me she would let me know after the job was finished. She then went back a second time to get a price. They never informed me that this was a "rush" job. I called and asked if they could take on the job before my arrival! This is not transparent business practice. The overcharging is obvious, and the rude behavior makes it even worse. I strongly urge others to avoid this place entirely. Spare yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that values honesty and basic professionalism! Instead of being accountable and being customer oriented they are combative with the customers in the reviews. This place won't last long and I plan on escalating this to the Better Business Bureau! read more

Do not buy Christmas Stamps here! I realized after I left that it was a $64 mistake. They are charging $6.40 more per stamp book than the post office. This is actually the second time I've been overcharged here. The first time involved copies for a school function a couple years ago. The pricing here is not great. read more

I would suggest not trying to support a small business such as this. If you want to be grossly overcharged for shipping and ignored if you want to drop off a package to not spend money, then go here. I questioned the price for an overnight package and was told it's because gas was so expensive. It wasn't delivered overnight and I called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes, called back, put on hold again. The owner is flat out rude and not trustworthy when questions are asked about prices on shipping. You cannot drop off a package and get a receipt, you have to take a photo of it on the counter and assume it will go out. If you have a QR code, good luck. They "don't have a scanner". Incredibly rude owner. I feel bad for the gentleman that works there with him. read more

Horrible customer service. They lied and overcharged on fees and shipping, I have proof. They said a box that they "processed" weighed 9 lbs, when it actually only weighed 5 lbs. I went into the business and talked to them face to face because they are horrible on the phone. I had to drive 2 hours to get there only to be met with an extremely rude "manager" and a clerk who rolled her eyes immediately as I stated who I was picking up for. Terrible. Do not waste your time. If you could choose zero stars, this would be the business that that option would be made for. read more

Business 101: Never reply to a customers bad review online. CALL THEM AND GET A RESOLUTION TO THE REVIEW not try to discredit a person for wanting quality work THAT THEY PAID FOR! A true owner and business savvy individual wouldn't dare reply to a bad review in public, it makes you look like you're in the wrong. Just sell this place Drew. Typing a book about the situation doesn't change the fact that the work here is beyond terrible. What kind of business owner says"don't serve" a customer because of a 1star review?? Drew, that's who! You earned that 1star sir as well as the other 1star reviews. Why didn't you reply to other 1star reviews? Let your pride go. You did a poor job and lost a customer who will need printing needs constantly. I went to office Max and prints were completed, look great and we paid $188 plus the $98 we lost here at postnet. The absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had from a so-called "owner Drew. Drew seemed EXTREMELY agitated and unpleasant when I walked in his store carrying severely parcels. He yelled at me when I questioned him about a first class package totalling $8.00. This particular item which I've mailed dozens of times for $3.75, at USPS was now nearly $5.00 more expensive. read more

Wow. I just had what might have been the worst customer service experience of my life with Drew at PostNet. Our business rec'd a bill from a "medical supply" company using a return address of 11816 Inwood Rd Suite 1204 in Dallas. The bill was obviously not legitimate because we knew we hadn't placed an order. I called this PostNet location because they share the same address and I wanted to determine if there was a medical supply company in the same shopping strip. Drew was incredibly rude, abruptly told me they shut down that customer's box, told me he didn't have time to talk to me, and hung up on me. We don't live in Dallas and could never use this PostNet, but fair warning to any who live nearby and are considering becoming customers. We have PostNet locations near our home and business and have never had such a negative experience as this. read more
