She didn't bother to show me how to do it when I ask for her help. She needs to be retrain on how to provide great customer service unlike Mr. David. I went up to Mr. David and ask him and he went right away and showed me how to do the scanner. That's all she had to do. You need more people like Mr. David who cares about his job and the customers and you need to get on the other lady who is not driven to help the customers as opposed to only being their for a paycheck. Kudos to Mr. David for going above and beyond as always. FedEx CEO these are the people like Mr. David who you need to compensate more money to and move them up .

I politely asked a few questions about the pickup time, but she was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily unpleasant throughout the interaction. As a local business owner, I understand that employees can have stressful days, but customers still deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. It seems like she was on drugs honestly. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.

AB Moving is affordable, and Rovin's team of 3 was efficient, professional, and fast. I…read moreunderestimated the number of belongings that needed to be moved, and they were very helpful in recommending the appropriate storage size. They worked hard and completed the move quickly. I also appreciated the communication throughout the process. I received a text letting me know they could arrive earlier than scheduled, which was a blessing, and I also received a call before their arrival. Overall, the experience was smooth and stress-free.

I hired AB Moving for a one-day move from my previous home to my new residence. Before moving day,…read morethe company had the opportunity to assess the size of my home and determine what equipment would be needed. Despite that, the crew arrived with only one truck, which was not large enough to complete the move. A significant portion of the day was spent searching for a U-Haul, and the one they rented was also too small. The movers repeatedly pressured my husband to transport our belongings in our personal van because they did not have enough truck space. As a result, the one-day move I paid for became a two-day move. During the move, my Lovesac AnyTable was gouged and chipped, my refrigerator and other belongings were scratched, and the hardware needed to reassemble my refrigerator was lost. Because the refrigerator could not be put back into service until the end of the second day, the refrigerated and frozen food we had carefully packed spoiled and had to be discarded. The movers also failed to place many boxes and furniture in their designated rooms. Instead, a large amount of our belongings was piled in the garage, requiring us to move many heavy items into the house ourselves after the movers left. I submitted a formal claim, and AB Moving sent a representative to inspect the damage. He stated that replacement refrigerator parts would be ordered and that he would return the following week to complete the repairs. It has now been over two weeks. Despite multiple phone calls, emails, photos, and receipts that I have provided, my calls have gone unanswered, the repairs have not been completed, and I have received virtually no communication regarding my claim. I am requesting that AB Moving complete the promised repairs, compensate me for the documented damages and spoiled food, and properly resolve my outstanding claim.

USPS should stand for United States Passport Service! They were outstanding! Have you gone to get…read moreyour very first passport? Seriously, you have to go in person and most places want you to make an appointment and/or take off work. The Mesquite USPS is one of the only places that takes walk-ins on a Saturday AND takes photos on site. I called ahead and I'm glad I did becuase there's some things you should know. 1)There is a sign in sheet and they yank it at noon. Everyone on the list will be served. The whole she-bang shuts down around 2ish. 2)They do have a copy machine and photo machine there so you do not have to make umpteen billion copies of your drivers license trying to get both the front and back on the same sheet of paper. 3) Bring a book, sweater and snacks. You will be there a minimum of two hours. They two folks working the passport line were nice and worked really fast, it just takes a little bit. We were getting passports for myself and the munchkin. Note--KIDS UNDER 16 REQUIRE BOTH PARENTS TO BE THERE TO GET A PASSPORT. She will be doing mission work in the Domincan Republic this summer unless I freak out and say she can't go becuase the island is unstable. Either way, we will both have passports.

Right at 3:30 PM, an employee finally informed the entire line that they would only accept four more people and everyone else needed to return another day. This announcement should have been made much earlier rather than letting people wait for an hour for nothing. There is very little regard for customers' time, and the staff was unprofessional and dismissive when asked basic questions. I would recommend going elsewhere for passport services these people do not care for you or your time.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at Eagle Postal. Here's why:…read more 1) The first time I visited, the solo employee there didn't wear a mask at all, even though a sign on the front door stated that masks are required for customers 2) The employee offered me ten percent off my purchase if I wrote a five star review. That's definitely a violation of Yelp's terms of service, and likely every other review site (and probably explains why this place has such a high rating on Google maps). 3) Most importantly: I was a ponytail of pandemic-chopped hair that I was sending to Locks of Love. A few days after I shipped it, the Locks of Love package was RETURNED to me for having insufficient postage, and I was shocked to see that Eagle Postal had applied only $1.80 worth of postage to it. I assume that they just pocked the remaining $3 I paid? Had this been a time-sensitive package, this could have been disastrous. I returned to Eagle Postal a few days after that (about a week after my first visit) and interacted with a different employee. I explained what happened. He took down my info, and assured me that when the manager came in, a refund for the package would be processed, and he'd be in touch. I never heard from them again, and never got a refund. I eventually went to the actual USPS post office to send the package; they told me that it cost $5 total, and that it had to be shipped as a package, not an envelope, which is why it was returned. 4) Less serious, but also suspicious: I also sent a sewing project in a bubble mailer I'd made for a friend. This package eventually made it to its destination, but it was shipped media mail (which is *very* cheap); it weighed very little and I was charged over $7 for it; it was a birthday gift and arrived very late. The employee didn't ask what was in the package; media mail is subject to stringent regulations, and my package didn't meet those rules and shouldn't have been classified as media mail. Don't use Eagle Postal unless you want your packages returned to you with insufficient postage!

Professional and friendly service. Highly recommend this location for any of your shipping needs.read more
