    This particular Fedex facility is great. I go there almost every day. However, I usually have…read moreshipping labels that were sent to me by title companies. Today, I need to create an account and make a shipment. The system just keeps taking me in circles. So I called the customer service line. It is of absolutely no use unless you are tracking a shipment. It hangs up on you if you don't have a tracking number. This is terrible customer service. I will go to Fedex and see if they can give me a number where I can call and get to a person. I am so disappointed. I don't want to use UPS, but I may have to due to lack of customer support. Babbett at this store provides super customer service. She set up the account for me.

I sent FedEx online the message below: If I could give you 0 stars, I would. The shipment I needed today was sent priority overnight as it is a refrigerated, time-sensitive $30,000+ medication. Since tomorrow is Christmas, and you won't be delivering, if it does not arrive to be refrigerated by close of business tonight--which I do not have great faith in occurring--I will have to reschedule a multi-hour very crucial neurological treatment that has to be scheduled months in advance. Not receiving this treatment presents life-threatening issues. The agent who opened the ticket was snippy and condescending. He actually had the audacity to blame the shipper for not binding the 3 packages under the master tracking number together when I mentioned that I'd only received 1 of 3 boxes on the shipment. I did not appreciate that at all. I worked handling and arranging the shipping and logistics of highly sensitive and confidential documents for government and medical investigations of a Fortune 250 company for 20 years. Often times this included transport of thousands of boxes cross country. So you'll no doubt understand why such a cavalier attitude, incomplete response, and then closing my ticket when there hasn't even been resolution as FedEx has not yet even fulfilled its obligation and delivered my medication is unfathomable and completely mind-boggling to me. I have also notified the shipper of these egregiously unacceptable and disturbing events in hopes that eventually it may help prevent such occurrences in the future...because sadly this hasn't been an isolated incident for my family in dealing with FedEx.
