I dropped off a package Sunday afternoon and realized after they closed that I had accidentally put the wrong address on it. So my husband and I went back the next morning right before opening, hoping it was still there and not yet scanned. I spoke with Jose, who was opening the store, and asked if someone could check the back for my package. Instead of simply checking, he immediately got irritated and started arguing that there were "too many boxes" to go through. I explained that since it hadn't been scanned yet, it had to still be there and I needed to correct the address. After huffing and acting like it was a huge inconvenience, he finally went to look -- and found it almost instantly. For context: he opened the doors at 8:29 AM, and we were out by 8:36 AM. No other customers were waiting. There was no reason for the attitude. What bothered me even more was what I saw while he and another employee were searching. They weren't moving boxes carefully -- they were literally throwing them. Not sliding, not setting down... tossing them across the back room. So if you've ever wondered why your packages arrive damaged, I can tell you exactly why. I've spent a lot of money at this location over the years, but if they can't handle packages with care or speak to customers respectfully, I'll happily take my business somewhere else. read more

Absolutely terrible location, I ordered a $1000+ item from a seller in the Metroplex area and these bozos decided to ship it without the power supply, then didn't bother to contact the shipper to let him know that they failed to ship a critical part which put him on the line for covering a $1000 chargeback. He had to make a special trip to retrieve the power supply and then they charged him again to ship that to me, and several days later (it was supposed to be delivered yesterday) it's still not arrived. I'm not sure if it's UPS or their fault, but given their previous incompetence with packing and shipping I'm inclined to believe it's on them for shipping it late. If you need something shipped correctly and on time, I would strongly suggest using another location and shipper. read more

I came in to drop off a prepaid Amazon return and was told I would be charged one dollar just to print a single-page shipping label. I understand these stores are independently owned, but charging prepaid return customers creates unnecessary friction. They lost goodwill over a buck. I will avoid using this location in the future. Update: I went to another UPS store and they printed the label for free and it's spat out a label from the printer. So screw Casa Linda. read more

Stopped using this UPS store due to very unwelcoming personnel. We ship many times throughout the year and were consistently aware of the lack of any welcoming attitude on the behalf of the employees at this location. They must all hate their job and they intend to let you know it. Never smiling, never saying "hello", never thanking you for your business, just stoic rudimentary and perfunctory in their attitudes towards customers. Yes, packages get delivered and no, if I'm going to spend the costs of shipping with UPS, I believe I am in entitled to at least a, "Thank You." So, No Thank You...we've taken our business to a much nicer location. read more

I started using this business off and on for shipping needs since before it became a UPS Store franchise / location. I remember walking into the same storefront years ago when I was only 16 years old in order to mail packages to Australia. Now, as an adult running two businesses and responsible for two children, I am a frequent customer. I get documents I need notarized done there, and ship/accept packages for my businesses. Sometimes I laugh when I enter because one of the two representatives I meet at the counter- usually Matt or Humberto- saw my car drive up into the lot and started getting my order read to pick up before I even enter the front door. I get inside, am greeted with smiles, and all I have to do is sign receipt. I can't remember the last time I left this place with something other than a smile on my face. I think that is a radically different experience than the vast majority of people have when they leave any sort of postal/shipping facility. You guys/gals rock. Keep up the great work! read more

After having a mail box here for 6 years, Matt and his team are like family. The service we receive time and time again is outstanding! We are elderly and during Covid they would see us coming from the parking lot and start gathering our packages to minimize our time in the store. They are also helpful in packing, shipping, or sending a fax when we need those services. read more

Smiling faces and friendly help at a business that deals with grumpy customers all day is pretty refreshing! They even have a notary. I mainly drop off items for return, and occasionally purchase shipping here. The here wait is never long. UPDATE: Every time - literally EVERY time! - that I've come into this store since this whole COVID19 thing started, the staff has been wearing masks. I asked them about Diana's review regarding no masks and they explained that they'd simply run out. As you can imagine, masks are a little hard to find these days. They'd gotten a fresh supply in the very next day and they were again wearing masks as is the policy of this store and the personal commitment of its employees. I have had 2 bad experiences here and will never be back. The first time I came, I went onto the UPS website where you can upload photos to be printed in the store. They had no idea in this store how to do this and it took them forever to figure it out. Second trip, I dropped off some packages to be returned to Amazon. The guy asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no. As I walked out he said "I hope your packages get lost" and I laughed thinking this was just a bad joke he gave all his customers. Then he said "no seriously I hope they get lost. Without a receipt you have no recourse." OK, so you wish ill upon your customers??? How about instead you say something polite, such as"we suggest taking the receipt so that you have recourse if the package gets lost"? absolute worst experience at a UPS store. I needed to print a label for my Free shipping and today they wouldn't do it from my phone, which they have before, even without the "code". There were 2 employees there I have never seen before, May that was the issue. Very condescending. I had to use their printer and be charged $2.00 for ONE sheet of paper. I am constantly shipping packages from this location. Every person I've worked with there has been friendly, accommodating and fast. Today, I called up there because I was missing a receipt I needed to complete an expense report. I spoke to a young man named Humberto about potentially printing out my receipt. It took some searching in their system but he was able to find it and print it out. Now this is where he went above and beyond. I wasn't able to drive up there to pick up the receipt until later in the evening so he scanned the receipt for me and e-mailed it to me instead. I have a desk that needs to be shipped to California. The UPS online site says they ship anything - cars, pianos, you name it, we ship it. The site stated to go into ANY UPS store for shipping information, including on site packaging. The store clerk at the Casa Linda couldn't give me information, so he asked the store manager. She told me that they don't provide this service " We are a franchise, most of the stores are." I asked where could find a UPS store that could help me. Response " I dont know, we are all franchises." I left the store immediately in disgust at such horrible customer service. I would think that each store would have a list of alternative stores that provide large item packaging and shipping. Very very disappointed with this neighborhood IPS store in Casa Linda.
