I usually wouldn't bother to write a review for somewhere I simply dropped off a package, but this place brightened my (and my dog's!) day. Poppy got lots of pets and treats from the staff and they even had some of her favorite dog biscuits in stock so we grabbed some of those. The staff here is very pleasant - especially the young lady with the dark hair. I am an avid user of Eagle Postal Center. For anyone in the uptown Dallas area, this center is the easiest location for all of your shipping needs. I utilize a number of subscription offerings, and when I moved out of an apartment complex that offered shipping services, Eagle Postal Center saved me a number of hassles! I fortunately am able to walk to this location, and typically have my dog with me. They are convenient and well set up, so when I have prepaid packages I simply drop them in the outgoing areas for each provider. They also compare pricing in-store, so when shipping outgoing items they compare all of the rates at the time of your checkout, and give you the options for price and speed before you pay. I have dealt with several of the associates here and they are all very professional and try to assist as best they can. But especially the manager Joanne. I don't do a lot of reviews in general, good or bad, but when the service is exceptional (good/bad) I will take the time to note it. Joanne has been over and above kind, courteous and helpful. Located just off McKinney near one of the many Starbucks locations, EGC is a convenient place to take care of your many errands. The parking isn't that convenient, but you can usually find a spot near the back entrance. The employees are always chipper and ready to take your passport photo or makes copies of your keys. Notary services are also available. Stop by next time you have a few too many things on the To Do list. There's no need to waste a Saturday driving around town, you can take care of them all here... well except laundry. You're on your own with that one. read more

I have had a mailbox here for almost 5 years and it has been awesome! I am able to receive packages here from any delivery service, unlike a post office box, and I receive a detailed email from Eagle Postal telling me a package has been delivered, along with a delivery slip in my mailbox so I don't forget to pick something up. I have had keys made, bought stamps and shipped items from here, as well as dropped off mail and packages to be picked up by all the major shippers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) - it's very, very convenient! The staff is professional, helpful, and very nice - Joane & Tuco will take good care of you. I think it's totally worth the price just so I know who is receiving my packages and that all my deliveries are safe from being stolen from my door step. I highly recommend this Eagle Postal location. read more

Not recommended for passport photos. I was reassured that they were up to specifications and I was even told "we have never had one rejected". At the passport office I was told not only did they not meet guidelines but that they should have known that immediately. Eagle postal center does not refund the costs of photos even if they are the ones who did not take them correctly. Save time and money and just do them at the passport office. read more

Amazing customer service. I needed to create a word document (which if I did it at home I would have had to pay a Microsoft membership) Manager was absolutely kind and servicing. I even got a special promotion for walking in!! Maximum 10 minutes in and out with my laminated printed word document :D Definitely better than competition. Sometimes the competition is over crowded with traffic and I have had situations where the manager of the competition is very rude. And they accept mobile payment!! Beware - your package may get lost and YOU will be responsible for it! Severely disappointed with this facility. I dropped a FedEx package off in December which never arrived to the outside vendor that I was shipping it back to. After several weeks of waiting to see if the tracking updated, I decided to give this place a call to see what was going on.. no call backs and then finally got a hold of the owner (Steve) who told me he would look into this and after constant follow up and him investigating camera footage, turns out my package was picked up by a different carrier.. basically it was lost and they apparently don't scan packages into their system. After weeks and weeks of calling, well now months no one has followed up with me even after I was told "they would make this right". I'm so disappointed with this facility and the people there that it forced me to right a review since I am STILL waiting for them to call me back after several voicemails and messages left with their staff. When you say you're going to do the right thing, please keep your word. read more
