I visited the store to return two AT&T routers. Before it was my turn, I observed the employee chatting warmly and being very friendly with other customers. However, when I stepped up with my two return boxes, he asked why there were two boxes and then said he "wanted to punch me in the face." After seeing my reaction, he said it was "just a joke." I did not find the comment funny. I felt uncomfortable and threatened, so I simply smiled and completed my transaction. I also felt that I was treated differently from the customers before me. read more

Wow what a find this is! I can across it while walking my doggie. There is a tiny shopping center about two blocks from my apartment. I had passed this place but did not realize all the businesses located here. I searched for the nearest Post Office location to mail all my Christmas gifts to family and was dreading it- the long lines and terrible parking situations- but Yelp showed this UPS shipper within walking distance and I was instantly elated. I jumped into my walking shoes and came on down. The guys there made it super easy to ship everything out and with a tracking number. If you have last minute shipping come here! read more

This little UPS is THE BEST! I go here frequently for shipping and more. The NICEST, MOST PATIENT PEOPLE...not sure if it is the way UPS trains their team members or if it is just the way they hire...THANK YOU ALL for being not just EXCELLENT at your jobs, but for being super kind, super cool peeps! read more

In the process of moving and I would recommend this specific location. Service was impeccable , the easiest mail out I have ever experienced. Give this team a raise ! read more

Johnny and Sebastian at this location were very friendly and helpful. Yelp is requiring 85 characters...

The guys that work here are fantastic! Specifically Aladdin and unfortunately, I don't know the other gentleman's name, but they frequently work. They're always in the best of mood and willing to help! They are awesome at multitasking and can help several people at one time quickly, but it doesn't feel rushed. You definitely feel special when you walk in the door and greet you! Not only that remember you when you come back the next time! This is literally the best location around! The manager here is even more fantastic! If you need anything, I would highly suggest you come to this location and skip all of the others! read more

Since I moved to Dallas this is the only UPS store I use. I always walk in and walk out with very little wait. Great customer service as well. read more

I wish I can give this store 0 star, DO NOT DROP OFF ANY PACKAGE at this location, your package will be lost. The store manager, FRANK has zero customer care skill. He never respond back to me concerning my package that was lost. I dropped off my old phone for AT&T for upgrade and the box was received EMPTY. I called more than 50 times and send emails just to get Frank on phone and he hasn't done anything to get this resolved. I explained to him that my iPhone 15 Pro Max was packaged by one their customer service rep at this location on camera in their store. As store manager, he suppose investigate , look the camera and give solution. He said he will talk with store owner and gave me call today, I wait for his call till 2pm and I called so many times but no one is picking up. Please save your self from stress, DO NOT come to this store. I won't stop until this resolved. read more

I had a great experience at this UPS store. Specifically, Demarcus, Terrance, and Tonney were so helpful!!!

One of the worst UPS stores in the area. One person working on a Saturday, Line is 7 people long and guessing it will take over an hour to clear it. The one worker has no clue what he is doing and is taking about 20 minutes per customer. Fed-Ex stores have a machine to print out a label if you just need to drop something off, UPS stores do not. Don't waste your time at this one unless it is your only option. read more

Johnnie was awesome . I went to the one on Cedar springs yesterday & almost got into a fight with one of the employees. It was a trip. This store is polite, well run and the folks all seem happy. It's my go to ups store read more

Don't leave your USPS packages here, they won't be able to scan it. So if it gets lost it's out of their hands. Lost some money by leaving my package with them. Tough lesson to learn. I'll just be going to back to the post office. Live and learn. Quality of customer service was a$$. Value wasn't great since I'm out 130$. No worries I'll make it back. read more

Johnny is the most passionate, kind, upbeat and efficient employee you could ask for. This is the busiest UPS I have ever lived by and everytime when there is a line out the door, he is hustling to communicate with each party and assist everyone to make their time feel valued, and needs met. He answers the phone, helps with printing, notarizes while also doing package drop off all at once- yet thoroughly not missing a beat. I have never seen him in a bad mood!! UPS better treat him right because he could be the most sought after employee for any business! Kennedy also is always efficient and positive. This review is based off of 6 different interactions so I feel confident in this. read more

This store is awesome- polite, helpful and engaging people. I wish I had something else to bring in.

I have utilized this location several times but this last time was disappointing from two aspects. I asked for my boxed computer to be put in another box with packing peanuts to further protect it. The charge for this service was $33.02 without the shipping cost. That was $58.44. When it was delivered it was put in the box but without packing peanuts. When I asked why and what was included in the $33.02 charge I was told it was just the box. Which was 30 X 20 X 25. I've attached a picture of the box. This would have cost $5 at the container store. This is such a ripoff. Make sure you get your own box. Shame on you UPS. read more

I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff for going above and beyond. I was waiting for my paycheck and I was too early to pick up my mail because they were still stuffing boxes. They told me, no worries, that they would look out for it and give me a call. I went to eat some lunch and they called me an hour later to let me know that my check was delivered. I went their and they had my check waiting for me up front to personally hand it to me. Great friendly service! Thank you. Ed read more

They forgot to do the pickup for me and let me paid $250 extra stocking fee. If there is lower than 1 stare I will give to this store , very bad experience read more

Johnathan the manager is extremely unprofessional, rude, unwilling to help with shipping issues. If you ever need to send something that requires insurance on your package I would suggest going somewhere else like FedEx. My package was abandoned by the store and the insurance I took out on the package was not honored. I lost over $2,000. read more

Honestly, I don't leave reviews on Yelp. Ever. Also, I am not a Texan whatsoever. I'm only visiting for a short period. However, due to the quality service that I received at the UPS store, I had to make an exception and name-drop the UPS store manager, Johnny, and the UPS associates, Aladdin and Brian. I was in a situation in which my package was returned to the store due to a change of address. I called and spoke to Aladdin. Aladdin was a good guy who assisted me with the questions that I had that pertained to redirecting the package to a new address. Aladdin was kind enough to forward my concerns to the store manager, Johnny. As agreed, I called the next day and spoke to Johnny and he was kind enough to not only help but also apply a discount for me. When my package arrived at the store, Johnny called to inform me. I was able to send my package out with the assistance of Brian. I heard Johnny saying in the background to make sure to apply the discount for me. Amazing service. Beyond stellar. Absolute quality. Like I said, I don't leave Yelp reviews for anyone. However, I must be honest, Johnny, Aladdin, and Brian all deserve credit for their quality services. Can't thank you enough read more

The KINDEST people work here. I just dropped off two very heavy packages and asked for help getting them out of my car. They didn't hesitate to help, and when the guy saw my puppy in the car he told me that they love dogs, have treats in the store, and to bring him in. Well, my dog was just as excited to see him and jumped to the back of the car to say hi. A moment later we both realized my dog had "happy tinkled" both on him and the box...‍ I was mortified, but he could not have been kinder about the situation and continued to help me happily. Now that's some impressive customer service. read more

Caused me to lose a new client. They indicated that their last Saturday overnight pick up time is 4:00pm. I dropped a package off at 3:27pm. The driver was there and still my package did not go out the same day!! There is no reason this package was delayed other than lazy reps not doing a job they are paid to do. Why post hours if you're not going to adhere to them? This is unacceptable! I wouldn't recommend this location, or any other location of UPS to anyone. I use FedEx 6 days a week and as soon as I drop a package, I can go to their website and see tracking information. I definitely will be asking all of my 25 clients not to use UPS going forward because of their disregard for customer service and sheer incompetence. THE ABSOLUTE WORST shipping company I have ever dealt with PERIOD! read more

.....they charge $2 to tape your box, but how they gonna check for haz mat? Petty store to say the least.

Horrible service. Had a old shipping label on my box and instead of using the new shipping label that I paid for they shipped to my old address and I had to pay for a whole new label for their mistake. Told I had to wait on the manager to come in to decide what they were going to do and was given no time on when he would come in. A shame that I had to pay for a mistake they made. read more

I didn't know what I was doing yet the worker was so nice and willing to help. I will definitely return.

This is by far the best service I have ever experienced in any post office, ups, FedEx, DHL period. The guys who work here are always willing to help and they look always very happy, any other location should take note of these guys. I've been here countless times but today the gentleman who works in the morning even stepped away from his desk to open the door becuase I was carrying a big package . Don't expect that anywhere else, I won't go any where else while they are open. read more

Blake and Johnny went above and beyond to help us!! I brought in 3 boxes with a FedEx label by accident and they offered to carry the boxes over to FedEx for us and drop them off there! It was great, I walked in and they took care of me right away. They offered to tape my box up and told me I could head out. I hope my stuff reaches but all I had to do was print the labels and drop it. They have a parking area out front in front of all the businesses. Right in uptown, easy to get to. Parking was ample. Would definitely come back here. Great service. read more

I went on a Saturday around noon and I was in and out in less than a minute. Just had the best experience shipping with VICTOR. He was so helpful, called me after everything was done and emailed me with details. I can't explain how great of an experience it was to have him helping me.
