I personally know the owners of the company who are kind people, however, I don't know why they have a person like her at the front desk. She lies many times, and isn't helpful in finding a solution. The delivery driver shoved my package in a locker so small I had…read moreno choice but to rip the box and get it out when I went to fedex to tell them they refused to accept the box because they said it was compromised and I would have to replace the box. Called customer service customer service told me to call the company and have them send it out again. They are a group of incompetent individuals, each person working there has no sense of customer service or reliability on their part. How is a driver going to shove a box in a mailbox smaller than the dimensions of the package and then hold the customer liable for damages occurred. The drivers are ignorant (obviously there needs to be extra training time to learn box measurements vs proper mailbox sizes) the store staff is incompetent (every time I go in it's a new person at the counter in training and frantically handling situations ready to give the customer service number when custom service is a bunch of lazy subordinates with horrible customer service most of which you cannot even understand due to their thick accent and the amount of noise coming from their background. Safe to say I HATE FEDEX. They are only used because UPS the superior delivery service is more expensive. Because better quality costs more money. It's clear fedex hires the people that no one else will. And that's sad as a company that all of the stores have a 2 star or lower rating and on bbb they have 1 star.
