The salesman misrepresented the booth to our company and then refused to take it back. The packaging provided no protection during shipment and was even taped up by The Trade Group on delivery because they couldnt even close it. To top it off, they then lost one of our other booths when delivering to a show. Trade show booth companies are a dime a dozen and our company has dealt with several of them, this one if by far the most unprofessional and unprepared out of all of them.
