What a great experience! Had a load of documents to copy; had downloaded them to a flash drive and…read moreexpected to go somewhere and spend a couple of hours and over $120 in copying costs for letter size, stapled copies. I looked for 'budget copies' online and this place was close by. The manager was friendly, took my flash drive, plugged it in, whistled, "you DO have a lot...' and then went to work getting the job done. I stayed and it took him less than an hour to crank out over 100 separate 3-4 page documents, sorted in chronological order, stapled and stacked. He had a tip jar and I had already decided I was going to tip him $20, but when he said the charge for _everything_ was $19.80 for 376 copies, tax included, stapled and collated, he acted embarrassed that I was tipping more than the job cost. IT WAS WORTH IT - in saved time, saved extra charges for stapling, hole punching, etc. What a deal! I will be back!

I personally know the owners of the company who are kind people, however, I don't know why they have a person like her at the front desk. She lies many times, and isn't helpful in finding a solution. Called customer service customer service told me to call the company and have them send it out again. They are a group of incompetent individuals, each person working there has no sense of customer service or reliability on their part. How is a driver going to shove a box in a mailbox smaller than the dimensions of the package and then hold the customer liable for damages occurred. The drivers are ignorant (obviously there needs to be extra training time to learn box measurements vs proper mailbox sizes) the store staff is incompetent (every time I go in it's a new person at the counter in training and frantically handling situations ready to give the customer service number when custom service is a bunch of lazy subordinates with horrible customer service most of which you cannot even understand due to their thick accent and the amount of noise coming from their background. Safe to say I HATE FEDEX. They are only used because UPS the superior delivery service is more expensive. Because better quality costs more money. It's clear fedex hires the people that no one else will. And that's sad as a company that all of the stores have a 2 star or lower rating and on bbb they have 1 star.

These guys try to charge you for shipping Amazon returns, when it's free!!!…read more They are rude and condescending. They ask the you the same question or say the same thing over and over again. ----------------------------------- Responding to your response: You're wrong in charging customers for Amazon returns. I was told by Amazon that regardless of not having the original package. You have to take it. Now on to how I was treated, you and your staff are condescending and down right rude. Dare I say, that you and your employees are racist. You guys repeat yourselves like it's going to change anything. You guys pushed me to use the language I used by treating myself as if I'm an idiot. I speak as I find and call out BS. Don't treat your customers like trash, idiots and or children. My behaviour wasn't bad, I am a two nation veteran and I demand much better service and treatment. So, you can shove your store where the sun doesn't shine (even though you think it does in you) and I will never grace your doorstep again. Sure, you have audio and video, I'm not afraid of that, but you're committing fraud and theft because of your charging customers for things that are free. I notice from other reviews that you nickel and dime other people too. If you went out of business tomorrow, I would not be said.
