I had this procedure done around 5 years ago and they were so nice and gave outstanding customer service and they made the repair for free. I wrote a positive Google Review. I went in there during the Covid pandemic (remember 2024?) and they hooked me up and did a fantastic job. They charged me ten dollars for the service. Although I was sort of put out by them charging me, I had to think that it was during the pandemic and ALL of the businesses were suffering. Thus, I felt like that was a decent price for the service. Fast forward to yesterday and a very unmotivated lady came out from the back and asked me what I needed. I told her that there is probably lint in my phone cord and could they repair it. She started by saying that it would cost $39.00 just to see the phone and give a diagnosis. But, it would be $39.00 and that additional charges could accrue depending on what service needs to be done. I told her that it should be a simple fix. I also told her about my previous experiences at this location. She simply shrugged her shoulders and stated, "New owners". I will no longer do business with this store and I am using this platform for anyone thinking about using this place for any cell phone repairs that they could out a lot of money for even the easiest of repairs. Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!

When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner.
