Now it has been 35days since my package was "lost". I tried to report it as fraud/theft and Scott the owner said there is nothing he can do to help me locate it. I paid almost $100 for overnight, it was labeled and then disappeared and no one will help me find it...he said because it was never scanned again he doesn't know where it is. I hold him and this location 100% responsible. He said it would take too much time to scan it when it leaves this facility. I will update and edit my review if it is ever located... I have used USPS for my most recent packages with success. I like USPS because packages are CONTINUALLY TRACKED UNLIKE THIS UPS FACILITY--THEY CANNOT PROVE TO ME IT EVER LEFT. Went to this location as online it said it has a drop box. However, it does not. Had to wait in a long line to drop off package. On the plus side, the line did move quickly. If you're in a rush. I probably would find a drop box instead of having to go inside the store read more

Can I just say UPS really needs to come up with a better system? Everytime I've been to this store or pretty much any UPS, there's always a long wait. I want to be in and out with my shipment but I'm always waiting 15 minutes or more due to their slow system! I understand the labor shortage and all that but it's really getting ridiculous to drop off a simple package and having to wait in line with everyone else. I just wish there was a better way that these stores are dealing with all of this. The only reason why this review gets two stars is because the employees here are very friendly. This place is terrible! The poor workers here are run by the worst management known to man. I have come here often and thankfully never had to deal with him and all the employees were respectful besides him. Unfortunately today he decided to intervene while having to get really important documents notarized. He asked me for proof of the paperwork the MORTGAGE company sent me. I do not think you need proof of the internal workings of something that has been curated by a bank. They do their due diligence before sending out 50 page documents to be notarized. They are NOT disability friendly and the manager is TERRIBLE! Take your business somewhere else. They truly do not deserve it. EDIT TO THE RESPONSE FROM MANAGER BELOW: Just so the public knows..... the information below is completely incorrect. I was told that the POA I have registered with Tarrant county publicly posted on their website was not enough and I needed the ORIGINAL document. I was FULLY prepared for my paperwork to be handled by the notary that YOU ARE NOT and he had no issue with helping me until you stepped in which I'm sure you are not even a certified notary and YOU told me you wouldn't look it up on their website to see I was telling the truth. You are dishonest and the low rating for this store is SOLEY because of your terrible customer service (which MANY people have posted negative reviews about). Your employee was embarrassed by you and they should be... I would be too! I have nothing else to say to you but your replies (or lies I should say) to customers and your terrible reviews speaks volumes about you and your location. Goodluck to your sir! I rarely need to send a package but when I do the label is paid for. Scott with the worst attitude, informed me that they don't scan QR code's here to send off your package. A simple return, he simply needed to scan the code. He tried to force me to pay for a print out, I spoke with Jose and he was a much better help. Reply: Jose scanned the QR Code on my phone I didn't pay for a label. Just accept you dont know your own protocol and let it be that. read more

I've been going to UPS for YEARS no exaggeration. My old ups knew me by name and I was a very valued customer. Even before they knew me as a constant customer the service was always nice and consistent! I was always nice and in turn they provided great service. I went here for the first time last week and the guy who helped me was so nice and started a conversation. I went in today for the second time to mail three things. One was a bigger item and they told me $11 to ship, I asked if that was the cheapest and they said yes. That was fine. I then wanted to mail a luggage tag (you can imagine the size and weight of a luggage tag) they told me $11! That literally makes NO sense that a bigger item and a small item (asking for the cheapest shipping) would be the same price. I have been mailing those luggage tags for months and the most I've paid is around $5 because they sent it post office and printed me a label. I have a business and sell luggage tags for cheaper than that price! When I asked the guy if he checked all the prices he said that was the cheapest. I let him know they typically weigh it which he did not and he made a smart comment saying he doesn't make the prices (OBVIOUSLY!!!!!!!!). I also had an item with a pre printed label and he printed the label put it on and tried to give it back to me? As if I hadn't already told him I was mailing it out. He's said "oh you want to leave it here?" I mean, I came to mail it out didn't I? I asked for the manager and he told me the price would be $6 to mail it post office which I had to write out the address on my own which was fine. I had to ask someone else to help me finish out my transaction. He knew to weigh it! I showed him my previous receipt from another UPS. (This was same guy that helped me a few days ago- Steven) I had something else to mail and decided not to because I felt so unwelcome here! After years of using UPS services for shipping and posters for events I'm rethinking if I should start doing my business elsewhere. I actually felt like a burden here AS A CUSTOMER?! And why the manager and the other guy could get it right but the one with the attitude got it wrong is beyond me? Nothing worse than poor customer service. May be worth it to drive a few towns over to my old UPS to get proper service. At least the owner and Steven were a little more pleasant than the first guy helping. These guys are fast and efficient like a well oil UPS truck and driver. I utilize this store mainly for occasional pre-labeled returns to amazon. I believe they are a small franchise store so occasionally they will reject multiple large drop-offs and send you to the larger UPS facility which is a little annoying. read more

Terrible customer service. Took in a 60" TV to return and initially confirmed with the front desk representative that they would accept, which he agreed. My husband and I then proceeded to carry the large box in to the store. The owner came out with a measuring tape, measured the box, and told us they would not accept the return due to the large size. He told us we would need to take the TV to the UPS customer center ,which we did. Upon arrival the UPS customer center representative told us we needed a printed slip, which we should have gotten from the UPS store... we then go to the UPS store near I-20 and explain the situation. The kind UPS store clerk at this location let us know that there isn't a reason the owner of the Lamar location should have turned us away as it was a normal shipping label. Terrible customer service from the owner himself and very rude. This guy has no respect for his customers and instead of trying to better his store he spends his time childishly trolling those that give honest feedback. read more

I been coming to this UPS store for a few years and I always have good service. You walk in and give your package to the person behind the desk and they take care of it. It could not be any easier. The service has been good for me and the wait is minimal or none at all. The location is easy to get in and out off. Plenty of parking out front. Some of the other reviews are bad and you can have different opinions. But for me I have had good service and I will keep coming to this UPS location. read more

I wish I could give this place a zero. This is the second time the store has lost my school books after using a pre-printed label. The store manager refused to help me after I stated I had one of the two receipts I needed and that there was no way to look up any printed receipts from the register. I paid a hefty fee to have a notarized document delivered the next day. It is now three days past that date and was told by the store due to the Covid-19 virus they can't guaranteed delivery. They are more than happy to take your fees, but not feel like they have to come through to earn it with the "can't guarantee" notice. They wouldn't even consider a refund or reduction. On February 16, 2012 at 8:45am I visited this store to drop off packages. I had 6 18x18x18 boxes that had been prepaid through UPS and had been properly labeled for shipment. I carried the first package inside and told the manager that I have 5 more to bring in. The manager then told me that he will not accept them because they take up too much room. In the past he has told me to drive 30 minutes away to go to a UPS distribution center and that he would not accept my packages. His excuse was that there is not enough room on the UPS truck for my packages. on this day he told me to go somewhere else to drop off my packages. I then left the store and drove 20 minutes away to drop off the boxes at another UPS store who gladly accepted them. I spoke to the store manager at the accepting UPS store and that person new exactly what store i was talking about. That person told me that this regularly happens at store 2069! They told me that they have accepted packages from many very upset UPS customers that were refused service by store 2069. They also told me that all UPS store are required to accept UPS labeled packages and it is not an issue to call a UPS to come and make a pickup if a large amount of boxes are dropped off. I am appalled that UPS store would refuse service to a UPS customer that had already paid for packages. This store manager (2069) cost me an hour of my time in driving and cost me a great deal of aggravation. I am filing a complaint with UPS. I am also filing a complaint with Amazon.com who's account was used for the UPS shipping. They need to know how UPS is treating their customers. read more

The guys that work here are always helpful. I'm always in-and-out in under a minute. I utilize this store mainly for pre-labeled packages for my business, so it's probably one of the "less complicated" services, but I've never had any issues. My only suggestion is that they change their picture. They are not located on the corner. Maybe at one time in the past they were located there, but that is now a Blaze Pizza. Unfortunately, there is a bad culture at this location. The staff is not only rude, but it's as if you are bothering them when you walk in the store. Terrible Service. They can't ship items that other competitors will ship. Manager argued with me saying they can't even ship perfume with alcohol in it.
