You can't be mean to customers and expect a 5 star review. Here's the background to the whole thing: I was at her place on 13th at 4:30 pm,she said the urine sample i provided was not enough because they needed more. Even after drinking cups of water ,i could not get more urine sample,she then asked me to come the following day, the following day,i called to book an appointment but she said it was getting late that i should come in the next morning on 8/14 which i did.she was extremely rude. at a point she told me i was walking slow,stayed in the bathroom with me and the other candidate while we were taking urine samples.At this point my urine sample is still with her,and it will be interesting what she wants to do next. There is a door that says the name of a ministry but that just means you are in the right place. Go through the door and then you will go through a second door on the left with the name of the business. The waiting room is small because they are so fast in processing people they hardly need chairs for people to sit. This location is appointment only as far as i know but you can call and ask. I been to this location several times and the most amount of time i spent here has been close to 20 minutes during peak time. During peak time they have two people processing fingerprints but that process is really quick. They do close for lunch for an hour from noon to one so plan accordingly.

Make a right into the hallway and it's the last suite on the left hand side with a lab pickup box outside its door. I had an appointment for TSA pre-check and came early as directed. There were three people ahead of me and I was dreading a long wait. Surprisingly, I was called back right around my appointment time and got out of there in 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and very efficient. Right down to business which I appreciated. They verified a few questions that I had submitted online prior to coming, took my fingerprints, snapped a photo, and my payment. $85 for 5 years for TSA pre-check. Use your Amex to get reimbursed for that fee. I loved the fact that this location even exists so that I didn't have to go to the airport to get this done. Definitely would recommend this location!
