I have used USPS for my most recent packages with success. I like USPS because packages are CONTINUALLY TRACKED UNLIKE THIS UPS FACILITY--THEY CANNOT PROVE TO ME IT EVER LEFT. It is true UPS opened an investigation 9/13/25 --26 days after I shipped it but IT IS STILL MISSING.

Odd, considering my address was perfectly correct on every confirmation email. After multiple calls, I was assured it would arrive by 3 PM. It didn't. The next day, I had to insist on picking it up myself. For a company handling time-sensitive deliveries, the lack of accuracy, urgency, and accountability is truly impressive -- in all the wrong ways.

The manager's behavior was extremely passive, and the conversations taking place in the store were far beyond what should be considered professional. During my visit, I overheard one employee say something very inappropriate to the manager, and she simply laughed it off as if it were acceptable. There were several other incidents as well that reflected a very unprofessional work environment. I work in the corporate world, and there is no way this type of behavior would ever be tolerated. If corporate leadership knew about the things being said and allowed in this store, I believe both the manager and the employee involved would face immediate disciplinary action. If the employees are unwilling to report these issues to HR, then I will. I plan to report everything I witnessed and heard during my visit because this behavior should not be happening in a professional workplace. The manager especially needs to be held accountable, as her conduct and lack.
