Some of his paperwork was submitted weeks, even months late to the courts. I finally terminated services with Mr. Benson and hired a second process server, Trident Professional Services. I would not recommend this person or business to anyone seeking a process server's service as this is a matter extreme concern.

ABC Legal ABCLegal, ABC, is a big lawsuit waiting to happen (call me!). I paid for service for two Texas-based companies, each with a designated service address. Seems straightforward, right? No need to worry about catching people at home or dealing with service avoiders--yet somehow, this company managed to mess it up in every way possible. For one service, they mixed up my documents with those of another client. Someone's divorce papers were served with my paperwork, so I guess that person won't be getting a divorce. Sorry Mr. or Mrs. And despite their repeated promises to fix it, they botched their "fix" too. They claimed they would re-serve the correct documents on a rush basis, but nearly a week later, I found out they put the re-service attempt on a completely wrong address in a completely different city. Then they said they could just correct the service document, but I'll let you guess if that ever happened (spoiler alert - it didn't). Then I saw they said they made a service attempt. At night. Ridiculous. For another service request, they REPEATEDLY showed up at a known business during off-hours, including late at night, and labeled it a service attempt. This was despite me providing them with the business hours via Google. Because I guess they can't figure out on their own that midnight is not normal business hours? After multiple failed "attempts", I said I would cancel and demand a refund if they didn't make service within 24 hours. Miraculously, they finally figured out how to drop documents off at a business during business hours and completed the service, but, of course, they screwed up again. They again added irrelevant documents that weren't part of my request. Why is it so hard to print the documents I uploaded and drop them off at a business? I can train my Doberman to do this job better, and all I'd have to give him is a snack. I've sent multiple emails, texts through their app, and made phone calls, but they just keep saying they'll make another attempt at no charge. Are they serious? They never even attempted what I paid for in the first place! Why would I be charged to fix THEIR mistakes? PLURAL! I honestly think we're getting dumber as a society, and companies like this only prove that point. Save yourself the hassle, the frustration, and your money. Avoid this company at all costs.
