Mr. Benson was provided paperwork for service by myself and the courts in the late summer / early fall of 2025 to serve multiple defendants related to a civil case. Mr. Benson requested payment of all defendants upfront and after months of back and forth with Mr. Benson, a lack of documentation, a lack of due diligence, multiple excuses, multiple pleadings to finalize the service of said defendants, he still did not fulfill his legal duties, nor did he provide me documentation of service attempts or sworn affidavits of due diligence. Some of his paperwork was submitted weeks, even months late to the courts. I finally terminated services with Mr. Benson and hired a second process server, Trident Professional Services. I would not recommend this person or business to anyone seeking a process server's service as this is a matter extreme concern. read more
