Over the course of six days, they repeatedly…read morecame to my home, beat on my door, peered through windows, and continued returning despite receiving no response. Every visit was captured on Ring cameras while our family was out of the country. The aggressive pounding on the door was enough to scare our house and dog sitter, who was staying at the home while we were away. They used deceptive tactics in an attempt to get a response regarding court paperwork connected to a case that has absolutely nothing to do with us. They repeatedly showed up at our property at all hours of the day (830-9pm--unacceptable!) and engaged in behavior that was more like stalking and harassment than professional process serving. I have video evidence of the repeated visits, aggressive knocking, wild rhetoric, and attempts to peer into my home. If this is how this company conducts business, people should be aware before hiring them. Should this happen again, we will contact law enforcement and provide the footage for harassment concerns. Avoid.

Mr. Benson requested payment of all defendants upfront and after months of back and forth with Mr. Benson, a lack of documentation, a lack of due diligence, multiple excuses, multiple pleadings to finalize the service of said defendants, he still did not fulfill his legal duties, nor did he provide me documentation of service attempts or sworn affidavits of due diligence. I'm still in shock that after my ex avoiding service for 5 years, Civil Process Legal was actually able to serve him! I shopped around before hiring them, not only were they THE MOST AFFORDABLE but I also asked other local process servers I think I called about over 10 of them if they provided any form of evidence that they attempted service like photo or video surveillance because my ex was hard to serve none of them did. One even said "ma'am this isn't like what you see in the movies." That was until I called Civil Process Legal. Not only do they serve individuals, but they provide notes every time an attempt was made and provide you with pictures proving they made it out there and served the individual. The service from Andrew Stasio and his paralegal was the laziest performance of any lawyer I have ever witnessed. He should have just put his feet up in the courtroom, that's how jaded this guy is. He never let me know once what was happening with my case and I had to call and be charged ridiculous amounts just to find out about what I was paying him to do! I learned my divorce was final and the outcomes from the person I was divorcing, not my lawyer. The paralegal is just as bad. I received other people's forms and decrees in the mail and she has no idea what her job even consists of doing. Seriously pick a younger less jaded, caring lawyer for your representation. I assure you that picking this firm will be one of the biggest regrets of your life.
