I was instructed to take it to UPS and they would box it and return it, no additional effort was needed on my part. So I stopped by the Post & Parcel and was not disappointed. I carried the equipment in a paper grocery bag...was greeted with a warm welcome...set it on the counter...and was asked for my account number. Well...I didn't know it. Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. I didn't have to pay for the return, so I'm not sure about pricing. But the friendly employees could help you quickly.

Plus the people who work here aren't jaded like typical government workers. It has a rustic chic feel because you can buy candies, rustic decor, hallmark cards, and even rent a PO box. Absolutely avoid this postal service at all costs…read more Every single parcel sent from the UK to the US was lost. No tracking, no updates, no accountability. Once your item is handed over, it effectively disappears into a black hole. There is zero visibility, zero responsibility, and zero customer care. International delivery with no tracking in this day and age is unacceptable. When things inevitably go wrong, there is no way to trace parcels, no meaningful support, and no resolution. Just generic responses and complete indifference while your goods -- and money -- vanish. This service is unreliable, outdated, and unfit for international shipping. If your delivery matters in any way, do not use this postal service. Spend a little more and use a courier that actually delivers parcels instead of excuses. AWOID.

Skylar was honestly the real MVP who showed such care, understanding, and went above and beyond in providing superb customer service. There was something with their connection, so it took a while for my e-mails to be received in order for me to be able to print out all the documents that I needed. Which were a total of 100 documents. It was a great value for the amount of documents I printed. Skylar, Kendrick and the site manager all ended up helping me in one way or another, but the main person who took on the task initially was Skylar. Thank you all for being so helpful and patient. You can print documents, make copies, ship items, buy boxes or other containers for your shipping needs, and they also have a self-serving area to ship items if you have everything packaged and the information to ship the item already, since it prints out the shipping label.
