STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They are scam artists using their store to steal money from consumers. I went in to send a package that was also notarized there and they purposely put in the wrong address so it can be sent back to their store just for me to spend more money that I don't have to resend the package! They never had me verify anything and because I was in a rush to get back to work I didn't even realize it. I put down the right address and it was shown to them twice!!! How do you make a "mistake" like that but yet I'm responsible to pay to resend the package?? Something isn't adding up in that place. I went to a UPS store in Dallas. I needed to have 3 painting sent to Illinois . At the time I was not aware that UPS stores are franchised. I received a bill for $1000.00. I went home and called customer service. She said that because they are Franchised, they can charge what they wanted to. I returned to the UPS store and said I wanted my money back. 2 pieces were boxed and charged me $100.00 for custom made boxes. Well, I went to USPS and it was half the cost. Simple drop off took over 45 minutes. I have an UPS account number, Ship too address and an item to ship. Sounds simple? Well, it wasn't. Think I had a new kid that kept asking for help. At the end of the transaction we had to start over because I wanted to use my account number. Something I mentioned several times. Then... they charged me extra for a box that I had to pay with credit card. By the end of the transaction my day was spoiled. Don't and won't go back. I give this UPS store a minus 1 star read more

This place is not trustworthy. I had a usps package that I dropped off there, which they literally just throw in a big bin. Said package NEVER made it to the post office. I ended up having to refund someone $60. Which means not only was I out that $60, I was out the cost of the item as well, $50. In total I lost $110 because this location is unorganized and the package was either not picked up or stolen. When I went in to go ask, they didn't care, didn't look, told me "not our problem, contact usps". Thanks for the effort buddy! Ok, thank you. I don't why they open on Saturday!!!!! When your package sit there until Monday afternoon. If I knew this I would have taken my package to USP . They open Saturday and cheaper. This last time I ship with UPS. I went in at 2:30 pm Saturday and the tracking show it was pick up on Monday at 5:58 pm. WTH!!!! It sit there for 3 days!!!!!!! For 26.00 ! USP would have cost me 14.00 plus insurance. read more

This is a great store, the staff is always helpful and friendly. It makes shipping items a breeze.

The employees here are unfailingly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I have never been in and seen a problem they couldn't handle.

This is one of those stores you hate leaving a lengthy review for but basically it's a UPS store they're there and they help you get your stuff mailed. The staff helped me as expected when I went in grab me an envelope got me in and out of there quickly and got my stuff mailed off. read more

Not sure what's up but the sign on the door says it's open at 8am all week and I showed up at 855 and the place is still closed. Not very good first impression. Open times match the door and the online times so I'm not sure if the opener slept in or not. read more
