I regularly print with other UPS stores and never have an issue. For whatever reason, this store's quality was meh to say the least. Part of this issue is on UPS's online printing UI (user interface) and part of this is just employees not quality checking product before they hand it over to customers. I'd say for your location's sake, I'd share some of this feedback to UPS's digital platform team because they have some serious UX (user experience) issues to figure out. I've attached screenshots of what the UI is for online printing. When proofing prints on any other online printing platform, you're proofing what it's going to look like when it prints. If the UI shows it full bleed and I hit "I agree" on the disclaimer that everything looks good as it's shown on screen, then I expect it to look like that when I pick it up. However, it had a white trim on it AND all of the prints were crooked. I know this is cheap printing but come on. This should be accurately depicted on the website. On top of all of this, all of my prints have indent marks in them. It's just terrible. Then I tried to reorder back to my local store because this was just a terrible experience. I double checked during checkout that I was sending my prints to correct store (screenshot attached of checkout process) then I get the confirmation email after the fact that it's being sent back to this store on N. Beach again. Even if you look at the confirmation email's addresses, it shows my selected store's # under my name but it shows the other stores address to the right. How does that even make any sense?? Anywho, I'm waiting on a refund and hopefully they cancel the job that wasn't supposed to go to them but somehow got sent there. Hopefully they fix their issues both in store and online.

Scum of a man

This is the worst guy to deal with, very rude and a bad attitude. He is the owner/manager of this store, if not he needs to be fired... Its not that he told me he cant notarize my i9 that didnt upset me, its the tone he said it in... DONT GO THERE! VERY RUDE And he started taking my pic, so I took his!! Very weird!

Not fragile. Just a box ready for shipment.

They have a seasonal drink menu as well. I had the London fog and blueberry scone (heated up). The London fog was flavorful and refreshing on a sunny day. Let's get to the good stuff: -This place has such charm - The coffee, food and pastries I had were good -The price was reasonable -The young guy working behind the counter was super nice. -I love that you can mail à package and grab a coffee and sandwich. The ugly: -The guy behind the counter was working the whole store alone. He was very nice. He did not know how to work the mailing/shipping side. I'm not sure why the owner would leave an employee in the store alone especially when he doesn't know how to run all the services. I watched customers leave because of this. By the time the owner arrived he thought the people who needed a package mailed were going to be waiting on him... not a chance... -I ordered a sandwich, coffee, and a pastry and both were good. The cashier was also the cook. He did a great job with juggling everything but he should not have been left alone. I decided to take my items to go because I didn't want to watch him struggle while trying to have a peaceful lunch. - Food handling practices were not being followed but when you're doing it all, it's hard to remember not to use the same rag you wiped à table with on a dish you're about to serve. Or to wash your hands to avoid cross contamination. Or not sharing yourself with others food by properly covering while coughing or sneezing. Overall, worth a visit but not a place to run back to. Image Plus operates on bad vibes, not deadlines -- or honesty…read more I discussed my project with Desiree two months in advance and was repeatedly assured it wouldn't be a problem. We were shown beautiful sample prints, so we trusted Desiree with the full order. We submitted all photos on January 5, needing the project by January 9. They said "no problem" -- 2-3 business days, easy. Friday January 9 was... interesting: Desiree promised we could pick up at 4:30 PM, then 5:30 PM, then 7:30 PM. When none of that happened, we were told it would be done Saturday January 10. On Saturday afternoon, we were told everything was "looking good" and would be delivered to my husband later that day. At 3:30 PM, we were told they were not continuing the order at all. Out of 5,000 photos, they printed maybe 300, and the quality was terrible -- which is wild considering the samples we were shown looked amazing. When we went to pick those few prints up, they were left on the ground outside with the door locked. Phone calls after the missed Friday deadline were not returned. The refund was easy. The honesty was not. The constant reassurance that things were "on track" cost us the chance to find another printer and ruined a time-sensitive gift. If you enjoy anxiety, false hope, and moving deadlines, this place might be for you. Otherwise, run. After the order was cancelled, they shifted blame onto us rather than taking responsibility for their repeated missed deadlines and broken promises. This pattern of giving false reassurance and then denying accountability is exactly the kind of behavior people should be aware of before trusting this company with their time-sensitive projects.

We were consistently told everything was on track, only to find out after the deadline that there were unresolved issues the entire time. The delay was not caused by the problem itself, but by the failure to inform us when it could have been fixed. We followed the file submission instructions exactly as provided. Any additional technical requirements were never explained. When the issues finally came to light, there was no time left to correct them or pursue another option. Responsibility was then shifted onto us, which was frustrating and unfair. Due to poor communication and lack of accountability, our project did not get completed as promised.
