Staples as a chain has gone downhill unfortunately. This store is always short staffed. The staff I have seen is friendly, they are just overworked. They say they have Amazon package return but that's hit or miss. If you know exactly what you're looking for and where it is then this location might be ok for you. They sold me a $200 gift card and charged 7.95 activation fee, I get the card and it was never activated. They did let me return it and said to me that it happens all the time. It's a system issue. So from now on I will activate the card while I'm in the store. Overall it's not the worst location but surely not the best. read more

I walked into this Staples location about 40 minutes before closing to drop off an Amazon return and was told they were no longer accepting Amazon drop-offs because they were starting closing procedures. There was a small sign posted stating that Amazon drop-offs were no longer being accepted due to closing. While I appreciate that the store gave notice with a sign, I was still surprised and frustrated. The store was open, it was well before the posted closing time, and Amazon drop-off is advertised as a service during business hours. Cutting the service off 30-40 minutes early feels inconsistent with what most customers would reasonably expect. If there is a specific cut-off time for Amazon returns, that should be clearly communicated in advance (for example, "Amazon returns accepted until 7:30 PM" rather than the full closing time). Many people plan quick errands like returns right before closing, especially when they're just dropping off a packaged item. I would genuinely like to understand whether ending Amazon drop-offs early aligns with Staples' agreement with Amazon or if this is a store-level decision. Rude employees, was not welcoming and licked the door in my face as I was walking up to the door.

This review is strictly about the printing department and cell phone service. I ordered 500 business cards, was told a time to pick them up, drove 30 mins, and then was told that they weren't ready and were having trouble. This wouldn't have bothered me if it was communicated before i drove 30 mins. I was also not told a time they would be ready and had to call back to see when my orders ready, and still didn't get a clear answer. Also i called multiple times and the phone line was way too staticy to understand. read more

I haven't been to staples in years so I was pleasantly surprised by their clearance section. Staples has a little bit of everything, school supplies, bags, technology, snacks, journals etc. I got a blue water bottle which was over 50% off which was nice. I love that it's insulated, keeps cold for 24 hours and keeps liquids warm for 12 hours. It's sleek, light and has a leak proof design. I'll have to come by staples more often. read more

Shout out to this store for ruining Christmas this year. I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered the nice office chair online that my wife loved when she sat in it earlier in the year. I set my order as "in-store pickup" to pickup the Saturday right before Christmas while my wife was out Christmas shopping. Very reasonable because you can't hide a big chair box very well in a small house. So what does Staples do? They sold my chair I ordered AND PAID FOR to someone else! Screw me, right? They couldn't hold my chair for two weeks until Christmas, I guess it was too much in the way! Screw this place! Never buying from Staples again. read more

I'm a realtor that is taking a class and needed to print and bind my manual. I printed it from home then took it to Office Depot to bind it. Before I could get a word out of what I needed I was rudely told two days. So I came to staples to have it done and was treated kindly and was told it could be done within the hour. I think I'm passing up on the realtor savings I got at Office Depot to get better service from Staples read more

Very impresed with the copy center. Several times now I've had a file on a USB drive printed on 24" x 36" paper (about $3 for black and white). Sizes can go up to 36" wide and variable length for about 50 cents per square foot (again B&W). read more

I needed to fax some medical records, but who owns a fax machine in 2023? I went here, and the tall, blonde gentleman in the printing department was very kind and helpful! I was in and out in under 2 minutes and learned how to use a fax machine too. read more

Prices are still too high Service personnel are responsive but are in numbers, to few. Nice products but finding right price with the quantity selected is too difficult. Having a smaller quantity with a cheaper price will be nice to have. read more

Rude staff in the print shop. Also, actually post prices on items in your store or expect to get asked constantly. Customer service is horrible these days and one would think your store would step up their game or lose business. It is not like stores are all doing well these days. read more

I stopped in one night for a small item, but ended up looking at the office chairs as I am in need of one. The staff there was especially helpful, as two different staff members assisted me, patiently answering questions as I sat in almost every chair they had. After, the manager took the time to assist us personally and helped me get the best deal possible. And then staff helped me load the chair. I know that big box retailers sometimes get a bad rep, but I would return to this location for all my needs. The staff here went the extra mile when they didn't need to. read more

Poor communication at the printer center. Have had two bad experiences having stuff scanned and the issues could have been easily fixed with a phone call or email but they just wait til I showed up to pick up my order to tell me the problem which resulted in extra trips back. Frustrating to say the least. I will have to find another place that is able to scan large documents. read more

I ordered an "outdoor" banner and used it outside. It was misting and a little windy. The ink on the banner ran and the banner tore. I called staples to get it replaced and they told me the banners are not waterproof. They are falsely advertising their banners as outdoor. I won't be back. read more
