I went into mail a package and the attendant had one person in front of me. She took her time with this customer and discussed her neighbors, the HOA, the mailbox knocked down in the neighborhood, etc... she finally finished. While I was waiting another customer came in and she took that customer ahead of, despite the fact that I was next in line. When I questioned her and asked if she was serious, she said yes she was, so I left. read more

A Small business that has everything your local neighborhood needs for mailing. Cindy, thanks for always taking care of my clients. They use this business often. We went to buy stamps for her Christmas cards (a lot), the representative actually helped us put the stamps on her Christmas to prepare for mailing. You don't get that service every where. Too kind, she didn't have to do it. They are very welcoming and for the repeat customers, I would say it's almost a family welcome when you enter. read more

I have been going to Got Mail for years to ship my Christmas packages. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I don't work in the area anymore, but I drive out of my way to do all of my shipping with them. Today I received such great customer service from Cindy and Diane. Cindy handled my gifts with such care and even cut down a box so I would not have to buy a new one! She really took her time to ensure everything was secure and while she was doing that, Diane was efficiently helping other customers. The store looks great and the staff is awesome!! Your local neighborhood business, if you are looking for mail services, packaging supplies , Internet access, etc with a warm friendly neighborhood service this is the place for you. Don't come expecting a fast corporate like service, why? Because they will take their time in making sure every customer got what they needed and leaves 100% satisfied, even if that means leaving you waiting to pay because they are helping the old lady in front of you get her stuff in the car. I forget this place is so close to me but I was returning something and decided to come here. It's a small place but it's pretty straight forward. The lady who i believe is the owner was very nice and helpful. She was very efficient in securely packing and labeling my return and talking me through the whole process. She even went the extra mile and wrote the order number to my return on the front of my package so there would be no issues . She also explained what day my package would be shipped out and how many days it was expected to take. My total came to 10 dollars which was very reasonable. I left here feeling secure my package would be delivered with no issues which it was, and extremely pleased with the service. I will definetly be back and would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Terrible service. This transition from one owner to the new one is rough. In this transition you would think that they would have some leniency as they establish a new communication system. But they do not. They have returned all my mail without so much as a phone call to let me know something needed to be addressed with my box. The Previous owners were much nicer more friendly and took a personal interest in my business. With everything going on in this day and age things moving so rapidly sometimes things slip through the cracks and it's obvious that this mail place has no interest in helping you advance your business. I'll be moving my address as quickly as I possibly can. Do not use this establishment. read more

This business is terrible. I hate going here because the employees are rude and never helpful. Plus, they charge you for printing off pre-paid shipping labels because they don't have the equipment to properly scan Fedex barcodes. read more

Service worth driving across town for. I needed to print some literature while in DFW for a trade show. My PDF file had problems printing (likely due to a Mac-PC compatibility issue). They patiently worked through it with me, got everything I needed printed, and did not charge me for the several blank pages my file generated. If these guys were in Austin, they would get all of my business. read more

So this place used to be a nice little local shopping place. In the last year three of my shipments were incorrect or had issues. Most recently, today. I had requested an overnight Saturday delivery to CA. It was a total of about $96 paid. Six days later (today) I go in because my calls and voicemail weren't getting returned as the packages was just floating g around in CA. I was told that FedEx would not delivery to a P.O. Box and this is why there was a delay. I explained that I had been told on the day i shipped that USPS was down at the moment and that FedEx would be my best bet. I took the woman at her word and agreed to ship FedEx. I am not a person that regularly ships so I was unaware of the restraints of shipping to a P.O. Box and I had no physical address for this to be rerouted to. After waiting about 20 minutes while the gentleman behind the counter fumbled around and made a phone call, he informed me that he would have it shipped back to his store and from there he would pay to have it sent USPS to the necessary address. This was okay. I was frustrated with the whole situation but was willing to accept that. When i asked this business owner how he planned to make this right as I was still out the $96 dollars and this is no longer an overnight delivery, the guy tells me "it's just a sad situation". I asked him if he plans on even attempting to make it right. He explained to me that he would not. I explained a decent person would at least make an effort. He cut me off saying "I'm not a decent person, I'm a business man". I told him this was fine but that others would hear my situation and how he handled it. He told me i should post it to Facebook while i was at it. Several patrons walked out during this elderly mans ranting because they saw this first hand. How they may be treated if a mistake was made on the part of the business. I hope others take heed of this story and make their decision wisely. This man has created his own karma so I know I don't even have to wish anything bad on him or his business. It will come on it's own with time. We cannot treat each other this way. And we definitely cannot treat paying clients this way. People need to open their eyes. read more
