I needed to ship a few pieces of furniture, freight, and Steven, the manager here, was such a helpful and reassuring presence. I first showed him photos of what I was moving, he gave an estimate of around $1700, and then said he could work to make it less expensive, if it were possible, once I brought everything to the store. So a few days later, I arrived, and he measured and calculated the actual pieces to drop the price by $300--said he could build custom sized boxes to help out. When so many business are out for profit only, I feel that Steven was dealing honestly and wanting to help. I recommend this store. read more

Being an Amazon addict, ordering as much as I do, and with such an easy return policy....I frequent this location way too often LOL I have not had to ship normal packages here. But use them as my return method for Amazon. I bring the item in, they scan my return label, then they package my item and return for me. It really doesn't get easier than that! The employees have always been helpful, kind, and patient. As long as I'm somewhat organized, I'm in and out of here very quickly. read more

Got through that but the shredder she pointed me to had to have been full to the brim since the previous day. Waited in line to tell them this. Usually come here when I need something more than a simple print job. Today I needed to print off my flash drive and then to have two of the documents witnessed and notarized. Their main printer was acting wonky, so the employee on duty went above and beyond in helping me with the print job. (Wasn't charged for the additional copies since the machine wasn't in perfect working order.) Then the remainder of the process ran very smoothly with all the signatures and appropriate notary stamp in the correct place. Not sure if the price for the notary was the same as what was quoted over the phone, but either way I needed to get it done. Great job! Definitely a customer for the long haul. read more

I was there when they opened on a Wednesday morning. I had a letter that had to arrive as early as possible on Thursday morning in Arizona. I paid $84 to overnight the letter for it to arrive by 10am the next morning. It arrived by 10am TWO DAYS LATER. When we called to complain they first said we had missed the pickup time. We hadn't as we were there at 8am. Then the said there was a weather delay in DFW. There was no inclement weather that week. Never again with UPS. read more

The stupid manager Thomas needs to get fired. I dropped a package a week ago at his store and nohe lost the package. He told me to call corporate and hanged up on me. Why are rude and stupid people like him put in managerial roles? UPS is worthless. I don't know why Amazon does business with them and not Fedex. They have power outages and they completely shut down. Where is their business resilience. They sent me to another location. I went back and this time their internet has been down all day. My husband dropped off Amazon return boxed and labeled with Amazon return label. Attendant asked if he needed a receipt which my husband declined as this is the 1st ever Amazon return he has done. BIG mistake. He should have been given a receipt without being asked. And now, guess what. They have no record of the return nor does Amazon. We are now out the $$ and I guess someone has our return item for themselves. Hope they enjoy it. read more

This location is near my job and in a great location in Ridglea plaza. I love it because it is a quick in and out. If you have prepaid labels on your stuff, you just go in, drop your item off, and they send you on your merry way. If you have USPS items they can't give you a receipt but with other items they can. I'm giving this place three stars because they have an employee there that is not very friendly. I had a hard time hearing him one time during a visit and he talked to me like I was stupid. I did not appreciate that as I have a hearing loss and simply asked him to repeat himself. On the positive side of things, I called and spoke to a manager and he assured me he would take care of things. On subsequent visits I have had better service. All in all a solid place to get your packages shipped. They do other printing and ordering services, but my only experience is dropping off packages. read more

If you're going to require masks like we're supposed to be doing, then enforce it! Walked in today where there were about 8 customers, which i think may have been too many in such a small store. Two people getting help at the copier either had their mask hanging off of their ear or wearing it under their nose. I asked an employee if they were going to say anything, and I basically just got a deer in the headlights look. These were very young employees. Every business needs to train one person each day to be the assertive bad guy that tells a customer to put on their mask and that it is a requirement! No mask, no service! read more
