I have come here about 3 times in the last year & every time I've been in & out in under 1 minute! The only service I requested each time was an Amazon return & I can tell they know what they are doing. You won't be overcharged & it's easy! Marcos is the Man!!! I just spent the last 1.5 hours during evening traffic, zigzagging east FTW trying to ship my package. It was of a sensitive nature but nothing that couldn't be shipped. After engaging what appears to be an uninformed Hub employee, I was extremely frustrated and ready to explode,,,,but Marcos got me squared away. This is the second incident in a week that started to make me abandon my UPS patronage... Marcos will keep me going a little longer. read more

I found this UPS location to be roughly 10-12 minutes from where I did business within The Stockyards, yet conveniently located on W. 2nd Street. The busiest times are what is expected: first thing in the morning, last two hours of the day (5PM-7PM). With that said, expect the few parking spaces on the curb to be occupied. You are better off parking a block away at a metered space than in a garage when dropping any packages off here, etc. The employees here are professional, as well as helpful at this location. No issues whatsoever. I had to print several legal-sized documents (not the 8.5x11) from my email, of which they asked for me to email to them under the heading "Print Job." Very convenient. The price of the job came out to $3 for several documents (a total of 6) that they placed within a large envelope. This UPS store is directly across the street from the Worthington Hotel, for those that are unfamiliar with the general area. read more

Justin and Paul have been working here for years and have always been professional and catering to the customer, quoting accurate prices for shipping and then giving you some options to save money. Sometimes it's a weight issue, or a size issue and they have shipped some unusual items. I've seen two 8' long Texas longhorns which took them over an hour to pack and prep to ship. At certain times during the day there can be a small lineup as they have about 250 mailbox customers and several businesses nearby that they service. Nearly always they apologize for any delays and customer service is a priority. read more

I'm a regular at this convenient, downtown shipping store, and have had excellent service each and every time I've used them. They will gladly take oddly shaped and large or heavy items, and the staff will work to get you the best price that fits your timing needs. I have no idea what Mary is talking about. The folks that work here are honest, friendly and appreciate your business. I don't see them going through the bother of repacking a box, and in fact I typically watch as as they slap the postage labels on my items. Also, there's rarely a line, which is unique for a shipping place. They move you through quickly and typically have 2-3 people working. read more

It's a fairly spartan setup, tucked into the side of the building across the street from the Worthington, and I drove past it at least once before I cemented that this is exactly where they were situated. I'm sure they do quite a bit of business from folks staying downtown, but in my case, I drove over because I needed to make a short run of color copies (one of the things they do here) and these guys were about half the cost of doing it elsewhere (cough-gough-FedEx-cough). I do think that it's at least somewhat possible that the rep that some of these stores get is because the work that they do may wax pedestrian, that there may be long waits in between customers at some point, the type of waits that may make some folks play 'game within the game' scenarios to keep themselves from getting board. I don't know that that's the case for sure here, but for a time when I stopped in the turn time was slow, the conversation leisurely. These guys weren't hurrying. That said, once I raised the flag of concern, they responded: I ultimately only had a digital copy of the file I needed printed, so I emailed it to them and we were shortly on our way to color copy excellence. I'd go back, especially for quick short run prints. But likely knowing at least a little of the experience would be a hassle. read more

Excellent customer service at this location. I have a box here and everyone greets me by name and if I have a heavy package delivered they always volunteer to take it out to my car for me. Great customer service really means a lot and I appreciate every one at this location for providing it. Since I work in downtown Fort Worth it's super convenient. read more

I've lived downtown for years and this has been my go to shipper. 90% of the time I've gone in there was little to no wait. One person complained that she had to wait due to someone coming in with 15 boxes to ship. That's life. I'm not sure what she expected them to do except perhaps dropping everything they were doing to attend to her needs. Sounds a bit "Karen" to me but regardless, this store is always well stocked for its size, the employees are very friendly and provide excellent service. Not sure about people complaining about paying for supplies but I don't ever remember paying for supplies unless I was shipping out something that was not an Amazon return. I've also never expected free boxes or packaging. I am disabled and crew there has been accommodating to me by carrying in and lifting heavy items for me. As far as the accusation of them being "slow", I don't find this to be the case at all. They do take the time to answer questions and ensure things are packed and labeled correctly. So their speed of work really shouldn't be judged from the perspective of some Karen who's impatient and can't wait their turn for service. read more

Very high shipping costs. Does NOT provide a quote prior to picking items up. VERY SLOW to pack and ship things. Our items were simply thrown in a box with NO packing material and in turn, were damaged. DO NOT USE this UPS store! Avoid at all costs. read more

Do NOT ship from here. Just so you know even if your boxes are taped closed they admittedly open your boxes and switch out to old boxes and take your new boxes. Unbelievable, the guy "Marcos" admitted it, go somewhere else. read more

A wonderful store with a wonderful location. Downtown Fort Worth is a great place to live and shop and the folks at the UPS Store at 209 West 2nd Street make every visit quick and painless. They will always advice on the most inexpensive method of shipping or packing anything, they are not trained to upsell--thank God. While I was there I watched as they ran out to the front of the store to help customers coming in with heavy or large packages....these guys are great. Will always use this UPS Store as long as I live in this area. Highly recommend them. read more
