The movers didn't arrive until 5:30 PM, with little to no communication throughout the day. We were left waiting and constantly had to call them ourselves just to get updates. The person answering the phone was minimally helpful and couldn't provide any clear information. Our move was only from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment just 8 miles up the road. It should not have taken as long as it did, and it certainly shouldn't have cost as much as it did. Overall, the lack of communication, extreme delay, and high cost made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better service. I hate that we had to leave a 1-Star to post this.

One of our cats actually decided that he was going to hide in one of our items (he was unusually quiet so no one noticed). When we realized he was missing they moved a good chunk of stuff out of the pod that they already packed so we could look for him -- without a single complaint. Which we were so grateful for because I'm sure that's the last thing they wanted to do. Anyway, highly recommend! I know some folks may be wary since they don't have a ton of Yelp reviews but they have equally glowing Google reviews :)

It's been a month and they can't even make it right. To respond to Marc, your worker gave me the tools to remove the screws, I didn't do it on my own. He cared more about his "yelp" rating. He kept saying "check my reviews". They did not check to see if anything worked. When I asked if they could plug in the bed, they smiled and laughed and told me they couldn't find the cords. Also I think that one of the people stole my class ring. It has always been on a display box in my dresser. When I went to look, the box was in a moving box that had stuff from a different room. I have been asking for 3 weeks to speak to a manager. I keep asking and nothing. Do not trust these guys.

If you're in the market for over promise, under deliver service, this is the company to use…read more They'll come to your house, inventory your belongings and give you a quote. Then they'll schedule an appointment, send 1 experienced mover and 3 guys they picked up off of the street and load SOME of your stuff in their trucks. Then with SOME of your stuff loaded, they'll deliver it to its new location. Once there, they'll unload, set it in place, partially assemble the items they fully disassembled, stay until late at night because they didn't plan correctly and then leave without finishing. Then guess what? You get a bill for over $1000 more than the quote. And this is the best part.... You get to hire another company to move the items this company charged you for but didn't move!! Awesome con artists!!
