The customer service representative was name Jake. He was knowledgeable and fast. The process was so easy. All the paperwork was done on my behalf. He explained how to write my new address and gave me a key to the box and the outside door for 24 hour service. At 30 bucks a month it is worth not getting a headache everyday dealing with snail mail and the USPS. Great job Jake. Thanks for speaking clear English and being patient with my questions .

They seemed to be having computer problems, but Suzy was so patient and helpful about it. She didn't seem flustered or frustrated at me. Tara ended up having to take over while Suzy helped the growing line of customers. I apologized and offered to wait if she wanted to help the other customers. She had the same patient and nice attitude, and assured me she'd get it figured out. And sure enough, she entered all of the information in correctly that the system required. I felt like even though they were obviously busy, they treated each customer with care and without rush, but still moving at the most efficient pace as possible. The customer care here is wonderful.
