I have mailed two items that are the same size from the Mansfield store and Burleson store. Burleson store charged me Almost 3 times what the Mansfield store charged and Burleson will not let you leave items for the US Post Office. Burleson store is run by rude crooked employees. Overnighted my daughter's laptop for college to her, she did not receive it so i went online to track it. Tracking message stated it empty box was located with no laptop inside. They are "doing a search" it was a very sturdy box that a small Dyson vacuum was shipped in so I am not sure how the box came open. I asked the girl that helped me to please tape the box and to ensure it for more money but I guess it was not done. read more

I really like this location, not only because it's so conveniently located but also because every time I go in to use their services they are super helpful and friendly. This location doesn't charge as much as some of the others for printing services which is nice. Just so you know the office also offers notary services and shredding services. This UPS store is definitely my go to. read more

Very helpful and friendly. I set up a mailbox and they helped me with all the paperwork and mail forwarding. I also used them for printing service and notary as we sold our out of state house. They did everything perfectly! It is a busy location but they are always staffed well so the waiting is minimal. They truly go above and beyond to help out. read more

I have only been to the store a few times and they have all been very wonderful experiences. Today I had to bring a box and I was also carrying a donation for for Goodwill. I'm in a wheelchair so I was unable to get out of the van and they kindly came out and got my package for me. Ive been to numerous ups stores in north and central Texas and I assure you that this is by far the absolute worst one Ive ever encountered. A couple of the kids that work there are nice, most are snobby and indifferent to the work they do. Their prices are exhorbanant and the service is very poor. Worst of all is that manager whose rude, and unprofessional, literally yelled at me and refused to take back a ups package that was mistakenly delivered to my address. I refuse to spend money here and after that encounter, transferred my businesses shipping accounts (thousands of dollars per year) to another company. Avoid this place. read more

Service is spotty, depending on who you get. If for any reason there is an issue you will get totally shut down and moved out. One clerk looks visibly pained to help. I watched him treat a woman making copies so rudely, huffing around, one word answers, and done. Shut. Her. Down. Dude, you are making copies. Not diffusing a nuclear meltdown in Chernobyl. I use ups all the time with amazon so I knew something was up. The girl didn't even check my stuff before telling me I needed to pay for labels and shipping boxes. I left and called amazon and they told me it was already paid for and they didn't know why she told me that. I would've been pretty annoyed if I actually paid for boxes and labels when I didn't need to. read more

The rudest staff. They don't greet you when you walk in, and when you walk up to the counter they just stare at you till you say something instead of asking how they can help you. Half of the staff are ALWAYS on their phone, it's really rude and not something a customer wants to see when walking in. If I could give them 0 stars I would. read more

Ashely was very helpful with my Direct TV and AT&T equipment supplies return. She even told me to keep my return receipt for five years, because in the past Direct TV has tried to say people haven't returned the equipment. read more

Beware supper high shipping costs. My wife was going to be charged over $120.00 to ship an 8-lb box to Oregon. They told her it would be $123.00 for the cheapest ground shipping. She then we to FedEx and found it would only cost $60.00 After this experience I would strongly suggest FedEx shipping and avoid this UPS Store at all COSTS (pun intended). read more

Service is hard to rate. There is none here. I took an Amazon return package that had a return ticket number on it. Amazon assured me that is all I needed to just drop it off. UPS failed to pick up this return 4 times at my residence!!! They even set my delivery on top of and beside the box they were supposed to pick up. They were supposed to print the label or leave me an label if package was not out. NEVER happened on two different returns. I took this package to the UPS store and they refused to take it because it did not have a label. They were supposed to print it even without a ticket number. Amazon says to drop off and ups will package it and ship it. NOT here! read more

While waiting in line, the UPS employee told the lady in front of me that it would cost 65 dollars to send the package to Iceland but only 40 bucks if she wanted to take it to the post office and just pay for the box. Kinda rare to see honesty like that. Then they notarized some wacky papers for me. Good times. They do it all in this store. read more

Horrible customer service. I went in to ship my package. Gave them my tracking paper I printed off my printer at how. My printer apparently didn't print off the bar code for them to scan so the guy behind the counter said we can't take that but you can email it to use and we can print it for 2 dollars. It's from a different company's website not on my computer. I even asked if I could pull it off my phone. He said no we can't do that but I have had someone do that from that same store before. I'm going to Fedex from now on. read more

If it were possible, I would give this UPS Store zero "stars". A $600 item was shipped to the Burleson store for me to pick up. Since it did not have my name on it, they sent it back to the sender! They also said they charge $15 per day to hold packages for pickup. Grrrrrrr !! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and unscrupulous ethics. I asked why they charge $9.98 to ship a 5 oz package USPS 1st class. Their "General Manager" Dustin insisted that 1st class & Parcel Post were the same thing, when anyone with a computer, and a brain, can quickly see they are not if the package is 13oz or under. When I told him I had a label in my hand for 1st class @ $2.50, HE HUNG UP ON ME! I called him back, but he was far too busy interrupting me to tell me how right he was to listen to the facts. A very surprising attitude for someone who claims they are the GM? These people rob their customers for every penny possible and then refuse to take responsibility when called on their scam! The worst part is that anyone in a position of responsibility, who would rather hang up on a customer instead of learning the correct USPS shipping rates, should be fired immediately. read more

Went to this ups store in burleson to get a copy of a letter, have it notarized, and sent certified mail...I was charged 19.74...a little pricey for sending a certified letter...this albino looking kid did not give me any price options for sending this letter certified mail...sending this letter through ground would be a lot cheaper than first class which he did without my knowledge...he also asked if I want a returned certified copy which he did not care to mention this is an additional charge...I've read other reviews at this ups store in burleson Tx. And it seems that they like to over charge their clients without their knowledge and do not care about quality customer service...they do enjoy taking ur money and over charging u for services u do not need...I would give this a negative 5 stars if there was an option...be careful, if u happen to be at this store... read more

I have been doing business with this store for 3 years, I sell on ebay and ship approx. 30 to 50 packages a month at this store. They package all my items that I sell, Nothing has been broken in over 2 years, They package heavy dish sets, expensive art and all types of fragile antiques. The guys who work there always go out of their way to make sure my items get shipped properly and safe. I have never been overcharged and they have made suggestions about how to wrap my items so they will fit in smaller boxes, this has saved me a significant amount of money over the 3 years I have been having them package my items for me. Everybody I have worked with there has been professional and nice. I have been very pleased with my experience at this store and will continue to do business there. My organization normally has our monthly newsletter printed at a local printing shop. We sent our November newsletter to the printer only to discover that the print shop had gone out of business with no prior notification to us. I took the newsletter to the UPS store and worked with an employee, Virginia Davis. She immediately greeted me when I entered the store and was definitely interested in helping me. She was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. A true example of great customer service, which you don't get much of these days. She knew exactly what we wanted and even thou it was short notice, the newsletter turned out great, and actually cost less than when we used our old print shop. Customer service is as good as it gets. First time reviewing any business as i was COMPELLED to do so because of how well i was treated. I printed documents, got them notarized, and overnighted them for a very low price...lower than the post office and lousy fedex. My documents arrived on time, and i could even see who had signed for them!! I was disappointed to realize that what I thought was a good experience, turned into a negative one for this senior citizen. I took a package (stand mixer) to this UPS store to return it to the company. They were pleasant and gave me a receipt. I asked if I should remove the old label and Cameron told me he would take care of it. The very next day, I received the package at my front door again. The new label was ripped off. When I called the UPS store, he told me that the UPS driver must have ripped it off and I needed to call them. I did. They told me that the UPS store should have removed the original and their drivers don't rip labels off. They told be if they could print the label they would be happy to pick it up but they don't have that capability. I would have to take the package (very heavy) back to the store. After arguing with Cameron about who was at fault, he told me he would not charge me for a new label.... LOL really??? Of course he isn't going to charge me for his error! He finally admitted he remembered our words about removing the label and if he had of done that, this would have been avoided. However, he told me he had talked to the manager and refused to give me a refund of my money for hauling the heavy package back again, spending all morning on the phone with them and UPS delivery, and for their error. This Burleson UPS is the worse store for both over charging, as well as customer service. They were going to charge me $311. to send a box to the U S Vigin Islands, said it would be international and go through customs! I tried to explain it was the U.S. Virgin Island! The clerk who waited on me said " I don't know why- maybe it's the size of the package, or special delivery, I JUST GIVE THE PRICE " I went to our local post office, and it cost me $66. Really? They tell you it will arrive at a certain time a package will be delivered and then when it doesn't they refuse to refund the money saying it's not their fault, they don't know what time it will arrive. As a customer service agent you should have an idea of what time each service is for and how early or late they deliver at so the customer can choose the appropriate one. Obviously, if a business isn't open at a certain time then only certain delivery times would work but due to their negligence you might buy a different delivery time thinking it will arrive at the time they tell you only for it to arrive completely different! They are apathetic and blame the customer and the drivers even though they gave an ABSOLUTE time!! If you say it will arrive AT a time then it needs to be there AT that time, if you say BY or AROUND that time then it is more flexible. Either they are grossly uneducated in their jobs or they are deceptive, either way steer clear and perhaps try FedEX a couple buildings away. read more
