I found this business by searching on Yelp as I was in search of a place to get some embroidery…read moredone. I called to do research at first for about three places and ultimately I chose this one. I found that this was convenient to where I lived only about 10 minutes away and the owner is very nice. It's a little storefront in a warehouse area. He has several examples of different types of shirts, hats, towels, jackets, and other things that can be embroidered. This is nice because you can tell like what other things you might want to purchase to get embroidered if you are not bringing things in to the store just for the embroidery. There is like a set up fee to get the embroidery done, but after that, I found the charge per shirt to be comparable to all the other places that I called. It took about 10 days and then the items were ready. I left an example of the embroidery that I needed and to my amazement, they did an excellent job far better than what my example was that I left. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in search of any embroidery. They did an excellent job and were very communicative. I certainly will be back!

I ended up canceling my orders because I kept being told they would be done by the end of the week and they didn't get done by that date each time for 2 whole months. The shirts that were completed were messed up and parts of the designs were not on there because the image wasn't transferred properly. I took pictures of them so I do have proof of that! I have documentation showing the mistake was on their end, yet no one was willing to take ownership of it. Instead, the tone of the responses suggested it was somehow my fault. Customer service was especially frustrating. Rudy was rude and dismissive throughout the process. In one email that included the artist, he wrote, "give this lady ..." I'm not even sure I was meant to see that, but regardless, that wording is unprofessional and disrespectful. Mistakes happen. Refusing to acknowledge them and speaking to customers in a condescending way is what made this experience unacceptable. I expected accountability and basic professionalism, and I received neither.
