Yet the other guys when I called to ask about my hangers acting like he'be been looking for it ( three times, twice as he looking and one he ask someone else helped him). The guy called me back is Roel ( he told me when I came back to pick up the hangers), shout out to him, and they refuse to give me the other guys name, mistery then. So be careful and retrieve your hangers back before leave the store, just leave your clothes for services. Realized they gave me back not my hangers with what i bring in yesterday, I called to ask if they still have my old ones that I bring in yesterday with my clothes and the guys picked up the ones answer they kept it because it's resusable and durable , they're not gonna keep the bad ones, they will trash it but they kept mine and give me their cheap ones . Also Told me if I want my hangers back , I have to tell them when I bring the clothes in the clothes and retrieve it at that moment. nobody was told me that they will replaces the hangers, and kept mine. read more

Now I understand the poor rating for this place. I've been blindly paying for my dry cleaning without reviewing the prices until today. I dropped off a small table cloth and was charged 17.97. Mind you, the price for a large table cloth is 12.95 and I dropped off a small table cloth. I questioned the price and was told it was mistagged. How many times have I been over charged? They still charged me for the cost of a large table cloth when I had a small table cloth. I realize owning a business can be tough but let's be real and do not price gouge. Went to pick up my dry cleaning and found out they were donated. But, not all the clothes..just the really nice items were gone. The rest of my stuff was handed to me. Yes, they had been there for a while, and I completely forgot. Yes I understand that they can't keep items forever, but pretty suspect when half of your stuff is "donated" and the rest was not. A simple text or phone call letting me know that my items are going to be donated is all that needed to happen. I've been a customer for 5 years, and my husband for longer. In 2021 I found myself looking for a new Dry Cleaner because the pandemic got the one I used for 15 years. I found this one and had been happy until the first of March. Cam from an out of town trip and had five pairs of shorts - only three came back. After three weeks of going back and forth I gave up trying to recover my shorts. This place is a joke when things go wrong. They wanted to give me credit. Credit so you can loss more of my cloths? Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I received a cashmere sweater from my husband for my birthday. I wore it one time for approximately 2 hours. I took it to this cleaners and when I picked it up it was noted to have two holes in it. When I pointed it out to them I was told that possibly it had those holes there when I brought it in. They would not replace my sweater and offered me 12.00 in cash towards a 500.00 sweater. I would not recommend this cleaners nor would I take anything of value to them!! read more

I truly wish I had read the Yelp reviews before coming here because I have had the worst dry cleaning experience AND worst customer service experience of my entire life. My wife and I bought curtains for our baby's nursery. They were too long so we had them altered at a tailor (who did an excellent job). We hung them up when we got home, and they were perfect, but the curtains were wrinkled and we decided to have them dry cleaned (the tag said "dry clean only"). We took them here, which was a huge mistake that we now regret immensely. I picked the curtains up after having them dry cleaned. When I hung them up at my house, the curtains had shrunk and the white lining behind the curtains was now longer in several places than the actual curtain. It looked awful. I took them back to the dry cleaners to find out what on earth could have happened. The girls at the front desk were beyond unhelpful, were unable to answer basic questions and were unfriendly. Finally the manager (a man) came out and offered to have his tailor fix the curtains for free. My second mistake was accepting this offer. The manager said it would take 1 week for the curtains to get fixed. After 1 week, I called to see if the curtains were ready. The girls at the front desk informed me that not only were the curtains not ready, but their tailor had not even picked them up yet. Now, this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I spoke with the manager and told him how upset I was, and he said that he would ask his tailor to pick it up and aim to get them completed within the next 3 days. Two days later, imagine my shock when the dry cleaners called me and the front desk girls started asking me how exactly the curtains were supposed to be fixed, because they were measuring it and couldn't figure out what was supposed to be done, claiming that the curtains never shrunk, and their tailor was about to pick them up and they didn't know what instructions to give her. At this point I'm thinking "WTF is going on" and wondering if I was being punked. I have never dealt with such an incompetent business. Not only that, but the girls who work at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional and again, completely unable to answer basic questions. I was so upset that after going back and forth for a long time over the phone, I called backed and said I would just pick up the curtains the next day and asked them not to alter them. I had lost all faith and trust in this business to correct the situation and I was worried they would damage/further alter the curtains beyond repair. The following day I picked up the curtains. The manager wasn't there so I had to deal with the front desk girls again. I asked for a refund for what I paid for the original dry cleaning since they had damaged my curtains and did not fulfill their promise to fix them for free. The front desk girls refused to refund me. So after paying to get my curtains dry cleaned, having them damaged, waiting 1.5 weeks to "get them fixed at no cost" and NOT getting them fixed, NOT getting a refund, being treated like crap instead of a valued customer... I ended up taking the curtains back to the original tailor I paid to alter them in the first place. The tailor said the dry cleaners definitely did something wrong and confirmed the curtains had shrunk. His exact words were "they did a very bad job." I am now having to pay the tailor to alter them AGAIN to fix it. This was a nightmare and honestly, this was the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received in my entire life and I am disgusted I was refused a refund after going through this run around of false promises. The best Dry Cleaners I have been to in Texas. My shirts are always clean and pressed just right and with the starch that I ask for. My dry cleaning has always been cleaned and pressed as expected. The staff up front is always polite, clean and courteous. The owner is involved and checking to ensure you are happy with your visit. AND NOW the biggie... they clean and press on the premises and they send me a text message when my shirts and dry cleaning are ready !!!! I drive past 9 cleaners to use the Dry Clean Super Center on Hall Johnson. I am a pilot and have shirts done nearly every week for 31 years and this is the happiest I have ever been with a dry cleaners. read more

Definitely thought it might be a goner but it came back bright white and only a tiny spot on the sleeve. My other 2 are spotless and look amazing. I dropped my comforter because they advertised a summer special for $15.99 and because they are a "green" cleaner. I dropped the comforter on a Thursday morning and was told it would be ready on Friday after 6pm. When i arrived on Saturday afternoon to pick up the comforter, I was first told they couldn't find it and then was told that comforters usually take a week or more to clean. I wasn't told that when I dropped it off and would never have left it had I been given that information. A week to clean a comforter means that they must send it off premises to clean it. If I had known that, I would've just taken it to a laundromat and used a commercial sized machine. I was told that the comforter would be ready "after Wednesday" and that they "usually tell customers that it takes at least a week for comforters". Really? Because it says on the ticket "Pick up after 6pm on Friday". I'll be surprised if it's ready on Wednesday and won't be surprised at all if it suddenly goes missing. read more

We have consistently used them for 2 years now. We had taken a pottery barn king size quilt to them several times. This quilt was a wedding present and valued over 300 dollars. Last time we picked it up..the thread which had been Grey on a white back ground was now PINK! After 3 weeks of back and forth they offered us 60 bucks. They claimed nothing had changed. My husband and I have been getting our clothes cleaned here for a couple of years without a problem. Until now. I dropped off one of my favorite dresses to have it cleaned so I could take it on a cruise. The dress came back damaged. I took it back to them and the lady at the front desk told me that the manager would call me. No one called me. Three weeks later, I went back to the store. The lady at the front desk tried to give me my damaged (re-cleaned) dress. When I pointed out the damage (again), she said they could give me $20 store credit. I said no. I will not come back to this dry cleaner. I have been bringing clothes here for years but have just had a terrible experience. I brought a brand new dress to the cleaners (and not a cheap one) and the dye has run, they have basically said it was a cheap dress, which is there opinion. What I don't appreciate is not even an offer to reimburse for the cost of the dress. I wore the dress one time. And they made us pay for the cost of cleaning the dress. I got ripped off and one of the employees was extremely rude to me! This is my first Yelp review and I am sorry that it is a negative one. I came in Wednesday afternoon with six items: 4 tops and 2 dresses. I wanted to use a valpak coupon I received from the internet which advertised dry cleaning for most garments at $2.49 a piece. The lady said I could pay when I picked up the items. I wanted to pay then so that I know how much I'm paying before I dropped the items to be cleaned. She told me to pay at pick up. I told her that I wanted to use the coupon. She assured me that she would note the coupon in the computer and it would be applied. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. I thought it was odd since this was the second time I had been there and the first time it was required that I prepay. The next day, I pick up my items and am charged nearly $30 for 6 pieces. I told the girl what happened and she said they coupon was noted in the account, but since I had a couple of dresses, they were $7 a piece and the other items did not qualify since the coupon is only for button up shirts. The coupon did not have any restrictions. It just said "most garments" on it. I told her that I wanted to know how much I owed in advance to prevent something like this from happening and the lady from the day before refused to let me pay. Now that the dry cleaning services had been performed, I am obligated to pay whatever preposterous price they came up with. Not only that, but a man came out yelling at me, making it like it was all my fault! He ranted about how he could not survive if he let me "get away" with paying the price on the coupon. I understand that "most garments" might exclude dresses, but what good is a coupon that says "most garments" when it only means button-up shirts? And why couldn't they tell me the day before when I wanted to prepay? What a scam! The rude man also told me that he would go out of business with that price and the dry cleaners across the street are charging $10 a dress. I replied that I did not know what they are charging across the street, but I had trusted my clothes to them the day before in confidence that I was going to pay a certain amount. However, I was not only forced to pay a lot more than anticipated, but got yelled at to top it off. After this, I asked the girl if he was the owner and she said he was not. I asked for the owner and she replied that he barely ever comes there. I asked for the owner's number and she said she couldn't give it out. I asked how I could get in touch with the owner and she said I could come out in the morning. I said, "I thought you said the owner is barely every here?" and she replied that the owner does come sometimes, but to call first. I called several days and they either do not pick up or the owner is not there. I've never felt so mistreated in my life. Terrible business. read more
