I dropped off my clothing on a Monday and was able to pick it up on a Wednesday w/o issue. I unfortunately, do not know their regular prices. I used a coupon form the back of a Tom Thumb receipt. They accepted the coupon when I dropped off my clothing. The most important part about all this is yes, my clothing was clean on pick up. I dropped off a suit jacket, two pairs of pants and my wife's skirt. Everything looked great when I picked them up. I will be using them (with a coupon) in for my future dry cleaning needs.

All three were returned to me and shrunk by 3-4 inches. All of my dresses were in excellent condition and hardly worn. Upon contacting management I was told that they did not shrink them, although I provided a brand new dress with tags to them to show them in comparison. They also told me they talked to the person who washed them and that they wash thousands of garments a day. How do you know exactly who washed my garments when you wash thousands a day? All three dresses are valued at over $500 all together at retail. I was offered $100 in compensation and they refused to refund my $40 dry cleaning fee. This happened 4 months ago and management has been ignoring my calls and texts regarding the matter. They also refused to send the garments off to get tested to see if they were shrunk by chemicals, temperature etc. This is all in direct violation of the fair claims guide for consumer textile products. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the manager raised his voice at my multiple times and insinuated I was lying on multiple occasions. I will be filing a report with the BBB as this is extremely illegal and poor business practices. Run away from this place, terrible business practice, shady ownership and unprofessional management.

My husband had picked up the dry cleaning for me while I was traveling and I could not locate several very expensive cashmere sweaters that had been sent in to Kwik Dry Clean following a shopping spree in Europe. I thought perhaps my order got separated. So I went in to the Dry Cleaners to retrace our steps. Not only did the 2 gentleman in charge look through each item on the overhead rack of dry cleaning, but they were able to go to their computer to the date range in which I advised when we had likely dropped off & picked up and they pulled up video footage that showed the 8 sweaters in the order brought out to my husbands car. The entire time they were helpful, kind, and understanding and not once did any of them look at me or treat me like I was a crazy cashmere sweater lady. If you have not used this dry cleaner, I highly recommend you do so - you will not be disappointed. I'm very fastidious & persnickety about my clothing and they have done consistently extraordinary work. They have also given me great, solid advice on some bespoke pieces in my wardrobe in terms of the best way to clean or treat them.
