I was looking for a cleaners that was on my way to work. This location was very convenient, so I gave them a try... twice. The clothes seemed to come out fine but the staff in this place is super unfriendly. Both the female and the male working in there act like you are bothering them no matter how friendly you are being to them. One handed me my pre-paid clothes while turned the other way to accentuate that they were too busy to be looking at me while I pick up my order. Life's too short to do business with people like this who couldn't care less if I was there or not. So, I won't be. read more

I've been searching for a new cleaner. I hate that prices are a crap shoot you never know how much until you pick up. After trying almost everyone close by, I was not impressed. I noticed one Cleaner having clothes delivered from Dry Clean Supercenter, so I went there to try them since they actually do the work for other cleaners. They have a big sign $1.99 most garments, so I kind of know what I'm paying. The clincher for me was I opened a shirt to wear and there was a large note attached , saying the replaced a button (free). I found two other shirts with replaced buttons I travel and have had broken buttons cause me to not be able to use shirts. Great service here read more

Worst experience ever! Destroyed our jackets. Kept lying to us that the owner would call us to rectify the situation but never did. Destroyed over $250 worth of clothes is not acceptable. Beware taking your clothes here. read more

Not sure why I always get an attitude from the old man that runs the place (aka Mr. Frumpy Dumpty) every time that I stop in. You would think that dropping off or picking up dry cleaning would be a simple task, right? Evidently not. Upon arrival, I'm not even looked at. After a couple of minutes (I'm the only one there), the old man looks up & says "yes, or yeah." I indicate that I'm here to drop off my suits & shirts. He miscounts my total number of garments (twice), even after telling him the correct number. The old man then proceeds to get agitated when I ask him to update my phone number in his computer system. This is all the while he stops what he is doing to place garments in another customer's car, yet seems as if I'm just another bother during his day. Today's occurrence was the third such time where this guy has been blatantly rude and crotchety. Cleaners come a dime a dozen in any town, and this one isn't any different. While it is convenient to where I live, I'm not going to a place that doesn't value my business. The cleaner does a decent job of cleaning my clothes, yet you feel as dirty as the clothes you are dropping off when you leave. Now I know why my husband said not to go to this cleaner. I dropped a Burberry Jacket and a dress jacket off for dry cleansing. Against my better judgement I had a bad feeling about this place. Nevertheless, I picked my drycleaning. Two days later I put my Burberry jacket on and it had shrunk to the size of a toddler. I bought the jacket in they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing told me it was not the same jacket. Do yourself a favor and wash your clothes at home or go to another cleaner. read more

My friends have used this place for years and have had few issues. However, when she brought in the clothes this time with very specific instructions for the clothing to be worn at a Veteran Motorcycle Funeral the instructions were not followed. It wasn't anything crazy just how much starch for shirts and pants. Yet at time of pick up I was told that these instructions were not followed and then when I said something about it, she quickly changed her story and said that it was done. But when she repeated the instructions to me that was done on the clothing, it was incorrect. All th3 while she was attempting to reassuring me that that was what I needed by stating the incorrect process. I am writing this in frustration because there's no time to get it corrected, as well as she showed no consideration to correct the issue or to make it right in anyway. DON'T EVER GO HERE! They not only give you attitude when you try and pick up your items. They claim the my can't find you in the system that they put you in. And when you tell them that they need to have a better attitude towards customers they say they don't owe you anything as if you're not a paying customer. If I could give zero stars I would. I came here just because I was in town and I needed my suit dry cleaned. And i didn't get a chance to drop it off until 4:30 or so in the afternoon and it was still next day I would get it. Now that maybe the norm here but in Austin if you drop it off too late it's two days later before you pick it up. And if you need your suit or anything special done it's nice to have this kind of turn around time. I came back today to pick up my suit and it was ready to go and it was about 5:30 and I dropped off my north face jacket and again it will be ready the next day. My suit was cleaned and pressed very well so no complaints there. Waiting on the jacket so we will tomorrow. But overall not too bad quick turnaround but the price is a little more expensive than I'm used to. read more

I tried them out for the first time since they were pretty close. I took 11 shirts in that were brand new in the bag for a dry cleaning. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I got them back covered with lint and starch residue all over. I took them back immediately and the lady behind the counter just kept looking at them saying that was normal and that it was just residue. I explained that I never had that problem at my other place and that if they couldn't fix it to just refund me. She said she would fix it. I picked them up today and even though there was less lint there is still residue everywhere. Maybe it was just my one time thing but if a customer gives you a chance to fix it and you still don't that is an issue. Hopefully they will improve. I personally will continue driving farther to get mine done. read more
