WOW. I rarely write reviews...but this is well deserved. This is my second time using them for my suits and nice blouses. I have a favorite white, silk blouse that I thought was ruined due to GREASE from an airline tearing open my bag. I took it to another cleaner who cleaned (unsuccessfully) the blouse. I took the blouse to circle not expecting much, and much to my surprise it looks brand new!!!!! Phenomenal job. After a poor experience at Brothers 2 (across the circle) I was hesitant to try a new dry cleaning place. Circle is SO quick and professional - just beware, not the cheapest! Well worth it though. We called them around 7am and asked if they could manage same day service for the dry cleaning of this suit. They affably and ably accommodated us allowing us to pick up a perfectly done suit by 3pm! The BEST in TCU and Ft. Worth! The place is vintage, yes! That is one of the greatest things about it. The owner is there and the most friendly and genuine man I have ever met! We had dropped off a white dress shirt with french cuffs for a wedding. I had waited til the last minute to drop off. The owner tried his best to get it back in time (some items they do offsite). When the shirt wasn't ready on Saturday morning for the wedding, I freaked! The Owner Jeff Williams went out of his way to help me On A Saturday! He was going to drive and pick the shirt up and deliver it to me if it was ready!!! Sadly it was not, but he paid for me to go purchase a new shirt and have it pressed right then and there! I just picked up wedding dress after getting it altered. She did a wonderful job!! I brought my dress in last Thursday and she had it ready yesterday. I just picked her up today and am so pleased!! The service charge was MORE than reasonable and I'm sure it's different for everyone depending on how much alteration work is required. But, WOW. What a deal I got!! Thanks so much Circle Cleaners!! Brought in 3 coats and they all came back looking better than ever! Two of them were vintage, and one of those needed to be outsourced to be specially cleaned because it is suede. I took in a very expensive shirt. When they gave it back it had huge wrinkle that had been ironed in in 3 places. When I pointed this out, the worker gave excuses such as they are done by a machine so that happens sometimes. They also didn't get the stains from the collar. When I tried to show her this, she asked if I just wanted her to iron it again because she could turn on her iron. I will never use this cleaner again. Karen Langton read more

First review ever: This place is very disorganized. I dropped off dry cleaning on a Thursday and came it pick it up the following Monday morning. They could not find my clothes so I assumed I had made the mistake and dropped off the previous Friday instead of Thursday so it wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. I came back the next morning on Tuesday and they still could not find my clothes. I left my number and they called me back saying it was under "B" instead of under "P" where it should have been. When I picked up my clothes I asked for a discount and they gave me only $4 off, very bad customer service so I will not be back read more

The people here are really nice, don't get me wrong. The quality of dry cleaning though is not so hot. My shirts, which are expensive dress shirts, came back wrinkled more so than when I took them in. When I asked they gave me an excuse about their machine. Like I said, nice people though. Fast, friendly, high quality dry cleaning. I had several coats and sweaters cleaned and they all look brand new. The seamstress was amazing! She was able to alter the neckline on a wool sweater, which I didn't realize was possible. The finished product far exceeds my expectations! Service was HORRIBLE. Took clothes to be altered and a jacket to be cleaned, they said the alterations would be ready by Friday and the jacket Thursday to pick up (perfect because I needed them for an event on Saturday). I arrived on Friday to pick them up and they weren't done-- said that the alterations lady had gone home early because she didn't feel well. The biggest problem with that is that no one bothered to call me to let me know! I then asked for the jacket, because I had planned on wearing it for the night, and they said that wasn't ready either! Everything would have been much more acceptable if they had called me to notify me of the hold ups. Instead, they seemed to just 'hope' I wouldn't notice. I have been coming here for awhile with no issues until recently. The last two times I have picked up clothing here I have had a shirt damaged beyond repair. The first time I picked up a load of clothes and dropped off another to be cleaned. The first shirt had a spot on it that they tried so hard to remove that they wore the silk so thin in a 2 inch circle that it was transparent. The second shirt had very similar damage but there wasn't even a stain in that location to begin with. When I brought this to their attention they finally agreed to give me my $19 in dry cleaning for free and hand me a $5 bill. So I was basically given $24 in return for 2 ruined shirts that cost over $50 each. I was never given an apology but simply told that delicate shirts are prone to this sort of damage. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone. read more

There may be some little incidents here and there but I have full trust that the owner-which is the best and most helpful guy you will ever meet on a professional and personal level- will do every thing to make you happy. I think it would be a good idea to get a receipt or ticket when dropping off clothes to be cleaned there as sometimes I forget what & when I've dropped off. I use to really love Circle Cleaners and was a loyal customer until they lost two pieces of clothing on different occasions and other incidents where I waited for 20 minutes while they tracked down MIA clothes they mispaces, my fiances button up was NEVER found and they kept telling me they would compensate me but it never happened. Their prices are pretty low and thats why I continued to go back there until I realized it was inexcusable to lose two pieces of clothing when you're a dry cleaners! They're seamstress is great for all the alterations I had done there, but I don't want to risk never getting my clothes back after she's done. overall they are extremely disorganized and do not know how to run a dry cleaning business. Even though I have to pay more, I've taken my business to Brothers II cleaners across the circle. A few extra dollars is worth guaranteeing I get ALL of my clothes from drop-off are returned at pick-up. read more
