I brought my ruined wedding dress to them a week before my wedding and they made it brand new again. David's bridal discolored the entire top of my dress when steaming it and when I showed up at Twin Kell in tears the owner came out and explained in detail what was done to it and what he could and would do to bring it back to life. When I picked it up it was more beautiful than when I bought it. I couldn't be more pleased. Color me impressed! I did quite a number on my wedding dress while taking my bridal portraits, I managed to get dirt, makeup and who knows what else pretty much from top to bottom. I was sure that I was going to be wearing a slightly stained dress on my wedding day, which wouldn't have been the end of the world, but Twin Kell got everything out and it looks all shiny and new again. I go here for all my dry cleaning needs and some simple tailoring. It's usually a 2 day turn around which is fine for me- and they charge out the wazoo for anything faster. The staff is sweet and they always take care of you. I'm only knocking off a star because more than a handful of times I've received dress shirts back with broken buttons. They always repair it- but come on. Check your work!!! read more

The owner exemplifies excellent customer service to his customers when he is there but when he's not most of his staff totally sucks. They are ignorant about what makes a good customer service business. I think there is a total of 2 nice women at the front desk who are courteous and try to go out of their way to help you. read more

These guys are amazing. I accidentally put a colored scarf in with some of my delicate, hand wash sweaters. The result was pink staining on two expensive items. Ready to throw them away I dropped them by Twin Kell just to see what they could do. They managed to get the entire staining out and the sweaters were beautiful. They didn't even charge me extra - just the cost of a standard dry-clean. I now trust them completely with everything from laundry to some of my most expensive clothes. Love them! read more

It's a really long story but here is the short version. I was willing to take the chance and had Twin Kell dye a dress that I found, but it was white and I was the mother of the groom. Twin Kell took on the challenge and tried multiple times to get a color that I would be happy with. Dying polyester is a challenge but one that myself and Mr. Kell were willing to take on. In the end, I was a very happy customer and received tons of compliments on my beautiful dress. It is not easy to find someone willing to dye a garment made from a man-made fabric, but Twin Kell rose to the occasion. The staff was always pleasant and even recommended a seamstress for me since the dress had to be hemmed as well. read more

$$$ is right. I asked for 2 of my husband's shirts to be pressed. The clerk knew I was a first-time customer since I wasn't in the system. No prices posted anywhere. $15 later, I have two shirts that are not ironed any better than I can do at home. Very disappointed. Won't be back. read more

This cleaners is right around the corner from my house so I thought I'd try it out. I used them for my dry cleaning for about 6 months. The shirts looked good but they didn't smell clean. Plus, they crushed many of my pearl buttons which I know is common for cleaners but they could have been more careful. read more

I dropped off a shirt when the facility opened and asked when would it be ready. I was told the afternoon of the next day, so with this assurance, I left my shirt. I returned the next afternoon and was told the shirt had not come back and that it would be ready 'this afternoon.' I mentioned it already was afternoon and she responded with, 'early evening, after 5:30.' Besides the fact this caused a conflict with the formal function I was to attend this evening, I do not appreciate being mislead or even lied to regarding the return date of my laundry. I do not live in Fort Worth or even Tarrant County, so waiting around until some time after 5:30 was not what I wanted to hear. Had I known their word was no good, I would have sought another cleaner. There's a reason why people ask when their clothes will be ready. I now have to pick up the shirt tomorrow, hoping they at least did a good job on my brand new shirt. By their reviews, others have had good luck with them - I'm just not one of them. Let the Buyer Beware and be cautiously optimistic when they declare a delivery date. Excuse me as I must go looking for some other shirt to wear to my function tonight... read more

To be fair, the product is excellent, but I just did not understand why it was so expensive (side note, they do not provide an itemized receipt). Well, over the past couple of visits, I figured out their approach to jacking up the prices. They dry clean laundered garments and charge more than twice what they would be if they were laundered. This past time I specifically asked that all the shirts be laundered; no objections were stated by the employee at that time. Yet, once again, when I picked them up, half of them were dry cleaned. When confronted, they claimed that certain of the shirts COULD be ruined if they went to the laundry. REALLY? If they can't properly launder a shirt, they should not be in business. That, or they should inform the customer up front so a decision can be made on whether to have the garment cleaned or not. Again, the product is excellent and the people are very nice, but it will cost you, especially when they make these decisions on the back end without your approval! read more
