I can't say enough good things about Turbo Laundry. I am so thankful I have their service. Great pick up and delivery service. Everything is perfectly cleaned and folded. So last time we left my sons iphone in his pants pockets. It was returned wrapped separately and working fine. You can't get more honest than that. We have also have money returned. Used their pick up service for almost a year. I was usually pleased with their service. But the last three times I've used their service they have shredded several of my towels and wash clothes and also left stains. When I called to complain they refused to admit their mistake. We went midday on a Wednesday and it was busy but not crowded. There are four different sizes for washers and they are very reasonably priced. The dryers are all large and you can get 30 minutes for $1.25. The employees were around and cleaning, and when I needed help they came right over. The machines were clean and there were plenty of rolling baskets. I was most impressed with the brightness and amenities - there is a table full of games, plenty of seating, multiple vending machines, a selfie wall, and more. read more

Usually have no issues but today the "GM" of this location ask for me to move my vehicle then asked a person parked in the handicapped spot to move his his car so he could illegally park their pick up van. He parked in a no parking spot that is next to a handicapped parking spot. The preceding to tell me he was doing nothing wrong. Interesting to say the least read more

Turbo is a huge upgrade from our previous laundromat. It's bright clean and the machines are up to the times because they take card as well as coins. They have plenty of seating while you wait for your load. Tv's for some entertainment and there's even a dry clean counter with an attendant to help you out. Another perk is there's a freaking automatic sliding door for the entrance it's like the owners have thought of everything a laundromat was missing and put it into this location. I will be a little sad once we buy our washer because I like this place a lot. read more

Came here with a friend. One of the nicest laundromats around. Turbo laundry is very clean, beautifully decorated and employees are very attentive. While I was there, the employees never stopped working kept busy cleaning the whole time. The music was great and the TV channels were very entertaining. Definitely liked all of the vending machines drinks and snack options while we waited. read more

i was referred here from a coworker after my dryer went out and a housefull of laundry piling up. My mom lives next door and we act in conjunction with part time caretaker and she also does laundry for 3 facilities. She said she used them prior to moving. i was looking for highly clean self serve or drop off. At first I was concerned about how they monitor the cleanliness and segregate what special services dictate vs the self serve and if co-mingled, do they work to a standard to ensure they keep tge entire place clean ( no smack but people dont always practice basic cleaning nevermond what I look for) I was ok at first withbthe idea if using the self serve and seeibg that workers were using some for the drop off laundry. But I noticed that a oit of machines were dirty and even dryers were full if melted debris, what loked like mold behind the screens and residue around the door seals. While they did some basic sweeping, it was clear watching people throw laundry in without detergent and when removing they had crayons, dirty items and overstuffed machines where tgey just threw in the dryers and no one cleaned anything after. i was more concerned about lack if management around and not just the workers lack of effort to address it. maybe it was a bad day but it looked like the debris was build up and not a short handed situation. I did not get a warm fuzzy about coming back. maybe i was on the wrong idea but i thought i found the lace to go. i hope the management sees this and changes that if they want to attract a steady cliantrlle that cares about the place and the takes care if the machines for the long haul. the prices are not cheap so i dont know where the gap is - do they monitor the customers if the cost is not prohibitive in dividing the line between people who care about their laundry and those who dont care if hair and dog fur cover their cleaned laundry? Not trying to be nasty but I dont use the restrooms at a dirty gas station that had a broken water faucet then complain to the owner about the soap scent. But if I go into a restaurant with my family I expect they have employees wash their hands and have a procedure for food handling that prevents me from getting salmonella. Laundry is a subjective and sensitive subject but if the standard is defined you expect it to be maintained. read more

I've been to allot of laundry establishments. THIS is the beat experience I could have hoped for. The facility was so CLEAN & Quiet !!!!! All the machines worked flawlessly using a credit card. ( 10th wash is free if you use the same card every time) you can also buy a loyalty card. The AC is cool, and the washing machines and dryers are quiet. Plenty of carts to go around. Folding stations clean and ready. Diana the day manager was super friendly and courteous. This place is a dream, I'm glad I drove the extra 10 mins to do my laundry here. Price is a bit on the high end, but worth every penny if they keep up this level of service. I'll be back for sure. read more

Recently found this place, the location at first seemed a little sketchy but I looped around tot he back and it lost that vibe. So I have these super heavy Mexican blankets that you can't put in your personal washer so I brought them there. The young lady was the sweetest ever, the place was super clean and I got my blankets washed and dried at $15 read more

I legit love the wash and fold service (when they do it for you). I don't use it regularly. Usually only when we can't do laundry at home because our washer broke etc. But they have great turn around. And I love how they fold my clothes so precise and compressed. read more
