I arrived there at 8:20 in the evening in the belief that I had until 9 to be admitted; however, things began to go badly before I had even gotten through the front door, where a surly attendant was sweeping a mat there. With ten full minutes to go until 8:30, he sulkily told me that I was too late to do my washing that evening. The lady who is usually there had the evening off--my bad luck--, so that the ogre with the vacuum cleaner, who did not even know whom I was talking about when I mentioned the lady whom I have come in recent weeks to regard as a friend, was most unimpressed by my claims that I have seen her admit patrons on many occasions as late as 9 p.m. He was entirely unhelpful and, what is worse, only seemed interested in sweeping me away from the place with the debris left during the day. It depends on who is working as to the service and attitude you will be dealing with. Last load goes in the wash at 8:30 pm and the laundry closes at 10Pm. Tonight I pulled up to the door with laundry in hand at exactly 8:30. The guy inside saw me and locked the door. Locking out another customer that had gone to their car for their laundry basket. I had only one load to wash and dry. The lady I have worked with recently had no problem with starting a load at 8:30. Although last year a husband and wife team had the same attitude. They were sweeping and mopping and making sure you knew they wanted you out of there asap. It was 9 pm and as I was taking my clothes out of the dryer they were standing 2 foot away with a squirt bottle and a cloth ready to clean the dryer. I know rules are rules but I was there under the wire. Tonight I was back home and parked at my driveway at 8:34 pm. I have dealt with broken washers, dryers and a/c at this place but I am done. So as close and convenient as this place is, I am now looking for a new laundromat. read more

My washer machine broke down so I had to go to a laundromat. I didn't like my experience here, it was inconvenient. I had to stay inside the laundromat the whole time in order for the lady to not shut down the machines. It says it's open till 10 ???? I'm a NYer. I've never seen a laundromat with card readers. Nonetheless, a place where the owner greets you. He knew from the hare that I've never been there before. Maybe the giveaway was when I pulled my laundry bags in on a red wagon. Lol. This place was very clean, and very inviting. I will be frequenting this establishment until my furniture makes it here. Had to come here since the water is shut off where I live. I really didn't want to after work but I'm glad I did. Not too busy for around 4pm on a Monday. So many machines and what I really like is they take credit cards! The dryer's only take quarters, a lot of them to get a good drying cycle. Came here for industrial sized washer for a bulky king mattress cover, of which they have several sizes to choose from and best of all; this place is spotless!! Had been quite awhile since I last did this and they must've changed hands since then 'cause it didn't look like same place Inside. Just updating my review from last year. As others have mentioned, they have added card readers to SOME of the washers. There are a few machines of each size that have card readers, but not every machine has one. They do have some card readers on the dryers too which still give a generous 8 minutes for 25¢ but once again not every dryer has that ability to take cards. Prices have remained the same, the only exception is the top loading Maytag prices have gone from $1.75 to $2.00. Not a big deal imo. Clean place and relatively well maintained machines. Definitely my laundromat of choice for my big items. read more

Very clean and attendant is on duty. The machines have a sign that says "No Pods" So we bought a box of Tide. Money changing machine available. The dryers were very efficient and dried clothes quickly. Overall very nice laundromat read more
